Sterlings Mac Hotel

Rooms are very comfortable and the hotel has nice spaces to meet business associates and guests. The breakfast buffet is extensive and superb. All of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The WiFi was not considered secure by some bank apps on my iphone and I was unable to use those apps. Some of the aerobic gym equipment was not functioning properly.

This is not 5 star hotel. Very outdated.

Location, service and food I was allotted suite in the adjacent building. That was little inconvenient for us in view of our old age.

I stayed at the Sterling Mac, located just opposite Leela Palace in Domlur, for a couple of days, and it was an excellent experience overall. Location: I really liked the location as it was very close to my office, which made commuting extremely convenient. Room & Comfort: The room was spacious and well-maintained, giving a very comfortable feeling throughout the stay. They also arranged an extra bed at a reasonable cost when requested. Room service was consistently prompt and polite. Dining Experience: The hotel provides 24/7 in-room dining, which was a big plus for me. I could order anything at any time and get it delivered to the room quickly. All three meals are available both in buffet and à la carte options, with a good variety of cuisines to choose from. Food Service Staff: A special mention to the food service team. Every staff member was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure guests’ needs were taken care of. I don’t remember all their names, but I do recall Nicky and their team, who were doing a fantastic job. Overall, my stay was extremely comfortable, and I would definitely recommend The Sterling Mac, Domlur, for both business and leisure stays in Bangalore.

Location was good, near Manipal Hospital and easily reachable from Indiranagar. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and willing to help any time. Room was very clean with soft/comfortable mattress and the bed-sheets were spotlessly clean. Clean bathroom with full set of toiletries and soft clean towels. We did not use the swimming pool, but we could see from our window that it is very neat and well maintained. Also we did not have breakfast so could not comment on that. But we had used the restaurant in the evening and the food served was delicious. They have a private seating area, suitable for small gatherings, located on the ground floor near the restaurant. It is suitable for more intimate conversations and social interactions within the restaurant's environment. Though the hotel was bit expensive (perhaps because we did a last minute booking), we enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend it. Nothing

Our stay was very comfortable. Mr. Murali (F & B Manager) was amazing and he was attending to all the guests. My daughter was not well and he arranged for food to be delivered to the room so she didn't have to come down. I hope to visit again in the near future and will definitely recommend Sterlings Mac Hotel & Suites to everybody I know. Minor issues which should have been taken care before check in. There was only one Drinking water glass while we were 3 guests in the Suite. Also the weighing scale was not working.

staff were very responsive to our every need. We requested a takeaway breakfast package at 6 am, which was promptly provided. the complimentary evening tea and snacks were very much appreciated. There is a step as you enter the breakfast area - definitely, many would have tripped. the glass floor in the breakfast area is a bit unnerving. the font in the numbering of the rooms is very confusing. it can be plain and simple.

Breakfast was excellent. Good spread with a live counter. Filter coffee was particularly good. Rooms were spacious. The bathrooms were perfect. Excellent shower stall and good towel rack. Tea coffee dispenser with kettle positioned optimally. Excellent cupboard space with pull-out racks. Light switches optimally distributed and easy to use. Very responsive staff. We informed them of an early morning check-out and they had had coffee and tea ready with packed sandwiches and fruits. All in all a wonderful experience. Would love to come back. Nothing
