Additionally, the staff response time when requesting assistance was very slow, especially in the restaurant, where support took an unusually long time. Overall, the service experience could be improved by making the process more efficient and ensuring faster staff response to guest requests.

The outdoor courtyard and garden areas were beautiful and created a relaxing atmosphere. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the balcony was one of the highlights of my stay. The staff, security team, and service personnel were consistently kind, polite, and welcoming. I also appreciated the pleasant surroundings of the hotel and found the dinner offerings satisfactory. Overall, the property has strong potential and several features that make it an enjoyable place to stay. The hotel had difficulties accepting international credit cards, with UPI appearing to be the only reliable payment method. Breakfast service was often slow, orders were sometimes incorrect, and follow-up was frequently required. Communication was excessive, with numerous emails and WhatsApp messages before and during the stay. The lobby felt relatively modest compared to other Leela properties, and the front desk team could benefit from additional training. The fourth-floor corridors often carried kitchen odors, my room was quite far from the elevator, and small details such as a blunt fruit knife affected the overall experience. Better coordination in the restaurant and improvements in guest service processes would significantly enhance the stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The housekeeping services were excellent, with great attention to cleanliness and detail. The food was amazing, offering both quality and variety. The property was very well maintained, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

big room very clean Very Expensive. I stayed in ITC Windsor for one night. Almost same size, clean. Half the price of what i paid to Leela Palace.

Magnificent India at its best. Wonderful stay and we look forward to go back to this great hotel. There is nothing to complain about. If you find something to complain about staff will fix it within five minutes.

Incredible flower arrangements in the lobby, large rooms and luxurious and comfortable beds and pillows (first time I have every seen a "pillow menu" with at least 10 different kinds of pillows you can request based on your needs (this to me is huge because I am a pillow snob!). An absolute amazing delicious buffet breakfast-I would go so far to say the best I've ever had in any hotel around the world and the staff are all wonderful, helpful and kind. Every single person we encountered was very warm and welcoming and tried to do everything they could to ensure we had a good stay. I would recommend either not staying on a weekend during wedding season or asking if a wedding reception is happening. In our case, we were there on a weekend and two wedding receptions were taking place so there was literally no place in any of the sitting areas to have some peace and quiet, not at the pool either, not even our room, which otherwise was a quiet room located in a good quiet area of the hotel but due to the parties we could hear them in our room. Also to note, we had an electrical issue where the lights turned on in the middle of the night in our bathroom while we were sleeping and after repeatedly turning them off, only for them to automatically turn on again we finally had to get an electrician in our room at midnight the first night and again the 2nd night. The second night they were in our room for about 30-40 minutes around 9:30PM. For this I think we should have been compensated. The only other constructive advice I would give is I wish they would allow you to control the temperature below 20 degree Celsius at night as my daughter and I were both hot sleeping.

Having stayed previously at The Leela Ambience Convention Center, Delhi, I noticed a distinct difference in service approach. The Delhi property excels in attentiveness, warmth, and proactive guest engagement, creating an immediate sense of welcome and personal care. While The Leela Palace Bengaluru is visually stunning, the service experience felt comparatively reserved. Simple yet meaningful touches—such as consistent guest recognition, warmer engagement, and anticipatory service—could significantly elevate the overall stay and align it more closely with the exceptional standards demonstrated by your Delhi counterpart. Additionally, my suite, though well-designed, felt smaller than expected and lacked a walk-in closet, which is often anticipated at this category of luxury accommodation. This is shared respectfully, as an observation rather than a complaint. I offer these comments with great respect for your team and brand. With focused service training inspired by the exemplary model at The Leela Ambience Convention Center, Delhi, The Leela Palace Bengaluru has the potential to match its extraordinary beauty with an equally extraordinary guest experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Bangalore and it's totally because of Leela palace and your staff and thr amazing food! We invited a group of 10 friends to Jawahar and the food was second to none! Thwy absolutely loved it. Thank you!

Perhaps the timely refund of the deposit amount. It was refunded after 4-5 days and it required some following up with the team. Did not enjoy that part

Maybe one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed at, truly stunning property. Hospitality was lovely and the room's amenities, down to the brand of coffee in the room, was exceptional. Lots of kids around, though not the hotel's fault :)
