There is nothing to like It was a very bad stay.. the rooms are not good as it show..There is no fasciitis.. staffs are not cooperative they are not ready even to help..no hot water availability..totally it was a very bad experience to stay…I’ll never prefer here to stay again and will not recommend anyone to stay..

The hotel was fine but no more than that. Perhaps one should not hope/expect the staff to speak English but I would have hoped they’d try harder to help their guests. The staff weren’t helpful.

1. Cleanliness is excellent. 2. Staff behaviour and services very nice. 1. Soap, toothpaste etc. facilities are missing. 2. Hot water services for shower is frequently interrupted. 3. we have taken the two single bed but the chair is only one and they have no facilities for the restaurant so we have to take food inside room, in such case two chairs are needed. 4. They have to focus on some more small small things like cupboard one handle is broken and drawer handle is missing. 5. Wall clock is not working. 6. Ceiling fan has once started abnormal sounding.

I did not like anything about the hotel, The hotel was under renovation and we did not feel comfortable in any way. The breakfast, the rooms even washroom was awkward.

The staff was nice enough when I made requests for a bath towel, a spoon and housekeeping service. I got flea bites from walking on the carpet- 14 bites around my ankles!

The location, beautiful for us. It is walkable distance to Cubbon Park, Brigade road, Commercial street etc. The nice big room, with a small round table like for tea... The best was comfortable, the room very quiet... Our arrival, accepted for 1 to 2 pm. We were late 3pm, the room was not ready, and coming from hospital, i was tired. The small staff is taking the ex-Omatra hotel (that we new) and obviously are just starting the job... But they have been very kind and we would like to encourage them to go on and, maybe be little more... organized! Anyway, we will go again for sure...

Location is good The hot water takes a long time to heat, and I've had to call the support staff three times to fix it. Additionally, the bathroom design is inconvenient, with a Western toilet followed by bathing facilities, which is not ideal.
