Nothing There was no shower in the bathroom only the whole. Curtains were old and with many wholes in it..room had smell of cigarettes smoking. Bed cover not clean.

Nothing I liked The receptionist guy misbehaved with me. He didn't accept my online booking request, instead he asked me to cancel the online booking and pay him more money to book the room instantly. And when I refused he started misbehaving again speaking in the local language. These kinds of people and hotels should be banned from hospitality services. They are literally spoiling our Country's image.

Nothing Smelly bed sheets with lipstick marks in it. No Water bottle given.

No breakfast The staffs not ready to clean room. They are not ready to give fresh bedsheets, Blanket, pillow cover etc. They arranged this are all someone used like yesterday. Saw bed bugs in Blanket And asked more money after more than booking. The staffs are no basic Manner's to clients. They are used the hotel rooms if people are not stay. Then there will give that bedsheets, blanket etc to guests without cleaning..There was no hotel to stay in that location. So forced to stay 3 days..

No soap in bathroom,no water bottle provided.

He charges more from us Staff behaviour

only the location can be considered good because the food restaurant are nearer there are many things which i did not like about the stay in the capital o suite these are as follows 1 hotel check in time 12 o clock because you reach earlier either you have to wait for 12 o clock or they can charge as much as much can depending on the mood of the hotel manager 2 At 12 o clock i think no body won take breakfast it the the for lunch time so management should look into this matter 3 link provided by booking .com i paid the amount 766.1 after discounting price of 721 given by the link provided by the booking .com after making that payment hotel manager behaviour is demanding more of 1080 per night this is ill logical when i refused to pay the extra amount and called to booking .com and showed the amount of 766 already he scolded and threaten you have to pay extra through the qr code given by him other wise will there will be vacancy for you in my hotel . and i will cancel your booking and there will no vacancy for you .it is just like threating i feel so such rude behaviour by the hotel manager . 4 i have seen many people who had booked also but they still did not get the accommodation. and when they refused to the extra they are treated badly . 5 in one words after booking also there is no surety you will get accommodation because it depends on two factor your behaviour by paying what he demands and also the mood of the hotel manager 6 finally i will pay thanks to booking .com customer care for solving out this matter by adding the extra amount which the hotel manager is demanding from me as a complimentary amount and solved the matter without i paid extra amount which the hotel manager demanded from me .

The staff every time collects extra money from me in spite of already being paid through Agoda. Staff behaves like a Psych every time
