The location was very good, walking distance to shopping on Commercial St, Brigade Road and MGRoad and backing onto Church St. The metro station is close by too. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs on Church St and Brigade road. The food in the restaurant on the 13 th floor was good and you can order room service from the restaurant. The staff were very helpful and kind. There’s some noise you hear from furniture being moved elsewhere as well as the somewhat slightly muted sound of traffic and the metro .

Good location but becoa of that noisy inside and out, especially evenings. This hotel has seen better days. Beware if leaving for an early flight that the entrances are gated and locked at night, and finding someone to open up can be difficult.

The Manager Lohith Devaiah and staff were very helpful and even let us into our room although we arrived at 4am and check in was supposed to be 12:00 am This included waking up the gemntleman who cleaned the rooms at 4 in the morning! The hotel is ideally situated for the Bangalore nightlife and is very central We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Bangalore. There’s are two restaurants on the floor above with amazing views of Bangalore. They even had a visiting Egyptian Vulture!! Arriving at night our Taxi driver found it difficult to locate the hotel as building work was in progress and the main entrance for cars was closed off. However after the initial confusion things were sorted out very quickly

Room was spacious with high speed internet, wide TV loaded with Android TV , big balcony, courteous staff. Al Carte delicious breakfast in the room. Shower needs a uplift. No hand shower. Exhaust fan was noisy.

The main tower gates will not open early in the morning, so in case you want to leave early in th morning, you have to go to the basement in order to exit the tower

The hotel room interiors and furniture are dated. Rooms are sound proof. Very friendly and helpful staff, limited breakfast options, very close to many restaurants, but needs new furniture and fixtures! See above
