Location Can be more clean and with more facilities . Need to improve a lot on breakfast

bed was ok , rooms were cleaned when requested , the wifi , i was told didnt work on the 4 th floor , i stayed in # 402 , for the value i paid , i dont feel value for money , miserable experience , I will surely not stay again in this property , no toiletries , no soap , no hand wash etc , break fast timings are so late , not suitable for a business Traveller , I didn't get my break fast on the 1 st day , the soap liquid given didn't lather , some cheap soap liquid , when i asked for soap . the only good thing was the location and accessibility , it served my purpose .

Location I extended my stay for 8 nights, and i face a few issues like wifi was not working, one day cockroach was in the breakfast, I told them to don't bring the same but they bring same food again. After 2 days breakfast get delayed. Staffs was arguing with each other inform of Customers. They didn't give any discount as wifi was not working. Also I found some unnecessary things (Condom at bed)in the room which should have cleaned before I came.
