Midnight 2 o clock the manager came on a video call and informed I’ve booked the room for tomorrow but not for that midnight which I actually wanted it for and then the receptionist has no knowledge to even cancel and informed the property manager who took a video call in the midnight 2 lock just to change the dates

Very nice place to stay in Bangalore,i enjoyed my time very much here ,rooms are very neat and clean all the rooms have good windows ,so you can have natural light and natural air . So I can live in a good environment, neighbourhood of hotel is also very good and convenient. Manager Nagaraj and Rahul are very attentive at every time, every time they have smile on their faces , very much thanks to them for their good assistance. Security guard Raghuman ji is also very nice person, everytime he is ready for help guests. Thank you so much everyone,olive hotel & team... Nothing

Location Damaged and torn furniture, old bed sheets, walls that had stains. The AC was hard coded to 26 degrees.

Location Very badly maintained. This is for the real estate manager. Boss, spend some money to maintain the rooms and cleanliness of the bedding. Stop hiring local goons at ground level staff. They carry a great level of disrespect towards your patrons. Full of arrogance and attitude for what I don’t really get it.

Worth the value and well connected placed right in middle of Bangalore rooms are old and worn out especially the door locking was a problem
