The suite wasn’t bad, The fact there is construction right next to the pool, and not telling before you book this hotel, on top of it they start some renovations also right at the pool and fitness area

Great location, quiet road close to all the good stuff I had a joiner room and could here the people through the door. The hotel offered to change room tho so that was good

The location was excellent. the staff was good. We hallway to our room was dark and I paid for a larger room just to get to a room with a strange aesthetic and a boring view. The aesthetic looked plain. The breakfast didnt have much options for vegetarians so that was a bummer!

There was some construction noice from the building next to the pool. Might have bothered if using the pool, we didnt.

My room was upgraded to a suite room. The AC did not work, but they quickly changed my room. We purchased breakfast at the hotel, not included in my price. Overall, it was only ok. Some items were cold, not warmed properly in the buffet style set up. Very close to shopping and the night market food, music and beer walking distance away.

Rooms were a little small. only one elevator in operation which took time to get to the room. You had to go through the breakfast dining area to get to the pool or gym which is a little awkward when you're half-dressed and wet from the pool.

The staff is great.. The location is great. Rooms are usually very well kept This tripthe room was not up to standard. AC filter looked like it had never been cleaned. So AC didnt work until that was remedied. The doors on the closet were not on properly so the light flickered all night. (Remedied). The TV is just awful. Then the AC motor was clanking all night. (remedied). All thses issues are part of on going preventative maintenance.
