The property showed a little wear. Nothing huge, but could have used a little touch up paint.

Great experience, and exceptional staff. Staff are very responsible and super helpful/kind. The breakfast options were great with lots of varieties. The rooms were super clean and nice. Overall great experience and would definitely come back again. The location is great and super convenient for tourists!

Loved the location, walking distance to both BTS Asok and MTR Sukhumvik, AND Terminal 21. Also free tuk tuk every 10 min was helpful. The game room in the main building was also fun for kids! There are three buildings and we stayed in building 2 whereas most of the fun stuff (and water) are in building 1.

Friendly staff.We choose this hotel because they have 1 br suites.Large living room and nice kitchenette.Nice balcony for relaxing in the mornings and evenings.The morning breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day.Staff helped us with a local ride share app.The property is at the end of a long alley.They have a Tuk Tuk that runs continuously from morning until late night to take you to main road. We had minor issue with the hot water in The shower.Staff fixed it within 24 hrs.Being hot outside it wasn’t a problem but mornings I prefer a warm shower.It didn’t take away from a great stay.Highly recommend this hotel.

They have a free tuk-tuk service that brings you to the main road. On those first few days after landing, when my body is not yet used to the heat and humidity, it was a great comfort.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times before, and is definitely our go to hotel in Bangkok. Centrally located, superb breakfast, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. The pool is clean, the sauna area and gym is kept very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great for families, as there is a kids play room, and also a game room. I love the little store inside the hotel, as they have all the snacks or neccessities you might need. Tuk tuk service to Nana and Asok BTS. Almost all the rooms in the hotel have been renovated and it looks great. The family rooms are a personal favourite as our family of 4 grownups can stay together very comfortable. Nothing. I have no complaints

Clean, spacious with very comfortable beds- king and super king. The kitchen was small but very serviceable with an excellent full size fridge and washing machine. Dish washing liquid was provided. Hot water in the kitchen was an unexpected bonus. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and responded to requests graciously. The balcony was spacious and there were wonderful city views from all of the rooms, including bedrooms. Having the shuttle service between the hotel and Sukhumvit was great. The shop in the lobby was very convenient for snacks, milk, water and icecream. Towels were rather well worn, but nevertheless soft and plentiful. While the apartment was meant to accommodate a family, there was limited cutlery. We missed not being able to set the table with table mats and champagne flutes were not available, though there were wine glasses. The staff were quick to respond to requests for additional items- vases and bottle openers and clothes airers. We missed not having table knives, a good chef’s knife and a bread knife which were all wanted for meals we put together ourselves.

Very clean and comfortable. Very good value and extremely kind staff. The only drawback is being in the Sukumvit neighborhood- which is an attraction for some, but not for me.

I like the shuttle service to & from the main street since the hotel was a little far in. The balcony wasn't able to lock until I when to the front desk and told them, then they gave me a key to lock it, why wasn't it in the room I don't know.

My time here at the hotel was wonderful, amazing location as it is near the park. Thank you to all the staff at Centre Point for assisting with my needs.

- Proximity to BTS/ Blue Line/ Terminal 21 and plenty of food places. - Staff is pleasant to interact with and very accommodating to your needs. - Contemporary and clean rooms. - Wifi speed is excellent. - Views of the city from the room balconies were great. - Two lobby lifts were temporarily used as service lifts for ongoing maintenance/works at the upper levels. Sometimes it took a while before you can get on a lift.

Location of this property is perfect - away from main road and at the same time not that far from main road. Entire staff is excellent with great hospitality and politeness. Property and rooms are very well maintained. Breakfast is amazing with lots of options and place is kept very neat and clean. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay around Sukhumvit area. Experience provided by hotel staff is top notch. They are very caring and respectful. Thank you to entire staff for providing such an amazing experience to me and my family. We will definitely share this wonderful experience with others. Entire staff was just great (includes even the person operating Tuk Tuk between hotel and Sukhumvit main road)

Loved the friendly and great smile in every staff, rooms were amazingly clean, great view, helpful staffs, and smooth check in and check out experience. Free shuttle service to the main street saved our time.
