Tried calling the tuk tuk three times from the top of the street and each time the tuk tuk never came so we walked down to the end of the street and it is a one-way street. A very long one-way street where there are no side alleys there’s no way to get to other streets easily you have to walk to the main street to get to any other streets. By the time we walked to the end of the alley and got back to our room we would get a message that the tuk tuk is now waiting for us at the end of the street. The service is not timely; on our walk down the alley, we would see the hotel next-door tuk-tuk go back-and-forth, maybe three or four times picking up it’s customers and each and every time that we went into the lobby there would be four-five staff all standing around the main desk- needless to say the tuk tuk service does not work well and the hotel is at the end of a very long street on a hot day.

Clean room, polite staff, slightly better than average gym , and relaxing pool area. Breakfast was bland. Everything was clean and well prepared but not diverse. Staff was great.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful and friendly. Our room had a great view of Benjakitti Park. The breakfast buffet was great with loads of variety. The Restaurant menu, in dining and room service was delicious. The pool was very relaxing and had a beautiful tropical feel. Happy hour's buy the pool a highlight of our stay. Short walk to the main road for markets, restaurants, Terminal 21 shopping center and transportation. Special mention about the staff, I wish I could remember all their names, but two ladies on our last day were so lovely, 'Apple' who offered to take a photo on a few occasions (lovely memories) and "Meaw" thank you for taking the time to have a chat. There was nothing not to like, loved EVERYTHING!!

As we have stayed here many times and will continue to stay here. The room is always clean and ready on time. The staff from the front Desk to the Housekeeping are always on point and super friendly. The Tuk Tuk to and from Sukhumvit Road is awesome our son loved riding in the back. The breakfast is fantastic. we really enjoyed the egg station and the Chef being there just to make sure things are going smoothly. Pool area is the Best, cool water after a long day shopping or just to relax. You should switch to Salt water. Its much easier to maintain and is better all around. We are already planning the next visit. The Woodward Family not enough time to hang out.

An excellent choice for those seeking the best of both worlds: a peaceful location in the quieter area of Chaweng that remains incredibly convenient. Amenities like convenience stores, massage parlors, and great restaurants are just steps away. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Truly a fantastic stay.

Staff was extremely kind and accommodating, tuktuk rides to and from the main road via the app were very efficient Pool was crowded most of the time, we had a short stay and ended up just not using it

Location was very good; staff were helpful and friendly. Pool and gym were a bonus. Under different names I have stayed at this property on and off for over 10 years. It is now showing its age - the lifts do nor respond as they should; the lock on our door was temperamental; the air con control switch was worn out which made changing temp difficult and the unit itself was quite loud.
