They’ve got to fix the coffee at breakfast buffet. Either, the beans have gone bad due to heat and sunlight, or the espresso machine is not properly set. This may seem trivial but a poor drink can sabotage an other wise delicious breakfast.

I loved it that the hotel had a spa here that was open 10am-midnight and I loved room service and the 24-hour front desk for help. I had a massage or a facial every day we stayed there. The jacuzzi and steam room was also lovely.

What a wonderful stay we had at the Grande Centre Pointe Sukhumvit 55 Thong Lo! The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional. The facilities were amazing, with a fully equipped gym and free training classes in the morning and a beautifully designed pool with lots of lounge chairs so never felt crowded. The rooms were large, beds were comfortable with free snacks and water and had views of the city. They also provided a shuttle to the closest subway station which we used several times so that we didn't have to walk around in the heat. We also had a 2 night trip to Pattaya and the hotel happily stored our larger luggage until we returned. Location is in the neighborhood of Thong Lo which was in walking distance to many restaurants, markets, and good massage places. Highly recommend staying here! Not a fault of the hotel. When I booked the hotel through Booking, somehow scammers managed to hack the booking.com messaging system and was telling me to click on links or my reservation would be cancelled. The hotel was using the same messaging system to confirm that reservation was ok, so it was confusing. However, after the hotel and I reported the issue to Booking.com, the messages finally stopped. Everything about our stay at the hotel was perfect.

The buildout is exceptional. The cleanliness of the entire property is unmatched. You could LITERALLY perform open heart surgery anywhere on this property. It is really that super clean!

The location, shuttle service and the doormen The manager at the reception desk (an older lady, don’t smile or acknowledge us and was quite dismissive). The intern was so lovely, she should’ve taken notes from him!

Great property very updated. We won't be disappointed. Just like Bangkok everything and Thailand mostly is exceptional.

No one knew the spa policies. I was checking out and was told the spa pass was good for the day, not a one time use. I walked around Bangkok for hours then tried to use the spa and they denied me. It put me behind for my flight and pissed me off.

Everything from the location to the staff was perfect. They provided a complimentary tuk tuk to the BTS. Also there were electric drawn blackout curtains, so great! N/A
