They have a good location. Few but available car park spaces for house guest. Quick drop off area in front of hotel. Very good privacy in busy Thonglor. The hallway is very dark. The restaurant on the roof was rather simple and rustic..

Great value for money: location is great, staff is very friendly and helpful and the space and comfort in the room was great. Our room dis not have windows facing outside, some people might be unhappy about it but for a short visit it was absolutely fine The lack of outside-facing windows and that the floor has carpet

The hotel is a work of art and a credit to the design team. Each part of the hotel has hand painted art on the walls. Even in the rooms and in the bathrooms. Each one is individual it is simply stunning. Location is perfect for close to the airport while still being right in the city center. Right across from The locker room cocktail bar - outstanding. Breakfast - 5 hotels in 2 wks in Thailand and never got a decent breakfast. Not specific to this hotel.

Good sized room, soft large king size bed, nice linen, good lighting, good aircon, bright, welcoming lobby. How water would take 5 minutes or more to get hot. Shower riser rail would not stay in place. Both reported nothing done. Shuttle car offered to Thong Lo BTS station but only available after 9pm.

Location was great as my intention for the trip was to be in the Thonglor neighborhood. My stay was for 3 nights. Was given a windowless room upon check in even though the reservation was for a window room. Was told it was subject to availability but was not informed by the property prior to the booking. The staff allowed me to switch to a window room on the 2nd night. On the last night, this new room had lost power on the main lights and subsequently the entire room was dark. As one can imagine the frustration of packing in the dark with the staff providing inadequate lighting support, citing that their technician would only be able to address the matter in the morning. I had a flight to catch in the morning.

The location good and the stuff very nice. In the morning the noise of renovations is really loud and also in the afternoon. Started at 9 am and can't sleep.
