Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our room was so noisy, we couldn't sleep well for 4 nights stayed. The noise from near by road was incredible lound.

We got upgraded to a bigger room, very helpful staff, coffee machine at the lobby was a nice touch.

Location and comfortable bed. The room size was good as well. The breakfast and dining room was not up to standard. The jacuzzi at the pool area was not working.

We forgot to nring the room card when i went for breakfast and we were refused entry eventhough they kept seeing us there the previous mornings. Also, the selection and quantity of food is so very few....it was extremely below my expectations as this hotel has a good review.

The attentiveness of the staff is unbelievable. I want to commend them because the doorman went ordering DoorDash to the hotel unlike any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I go to the lobby pick up my items take them to my room. These guys would immediately upon receiving the item on their table, they would take it directly to my room by just my name and last name I cannot thank them enough for this little touch that met so much to me I have stayed at over 30 hotels in Bangkok in search of the perfect place to stay. I have finally found it. Thank you so much. All of my future states will be with you guys. Thanks to your customer service and amazing Property. I also want to share their pool was being remodeled and the swimming pool is a big deal for me when I go to Bangkok because it’s so hot lol however their Sister property literally next-door with the same name but a very fancy hotel. I was escorted by the staff of my hotel all the way to the swimming pool. It just felt extra special and I really did appreciate everything. Please keep up the good work service and customer service is the biggest reason for me to stop going to a place or continue going There was nothing not to lie. Everything was perfect literally perfect. This is not the Hotel’s fault but I wish that they would do a crosswalk to get across the street because the traffic there is very busy however, most cars do allow you to go across the street. It’s the motorcycles you have to be careful for.lol

The facility was even nicer than I anticipated it would be. Anything you need is nearby. It provides easy access to both Suvarnhabhumi and Don Mueng airports. I would definitely stay here again.

I was a little taken aback to be staying in the serviced apartments instead of the hotel tower, but it is also a very nice facility next door. They're doing improvements throughout (Spring 26), but I didn't experience any inconvenience aside from the pool being closed. I could have used the pool next door. The apartment was spacious and well apportioned with a nice balcony. The door needed some work and didn't automatically close. It was a little unnerving to come back after being out all day and the door had been ajar since AM service.

The room was spacious and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The shower was spacious with a shower and a bathtub and excellent amenities. Excellent location, accessible to everywhere. Good breakfast.
