Muu Bangkok Hotel is an awesome hotel. Their staff are amazing, helpful and friendly. We have stayed at Muu many times over the last 5 years and each and time we leave we say "we will be back". the facilities are well maintained, the rooms are clean and comfy and the breakfast is excellent. the only thing we don't like is having to leave. ??

One of the most beautiful hotels. The bar and restaurant were wonderful. The staff were so kind. This is the coolest neighborhood you could stay in. Surrounded by fantastic restaurants and shops.

Just stayed at MUU Hotel for three nights. I booked a double room which was located on the 11th floor (same as the restaurant and pool) and very spacious with awesome views over Thong Lo. Upon my arrival the staff was very kind and quickly got my details sorted, so I was in my room within a breeze. As I was exhausted from my long haul flight I immediately took a plunge in the pool which I had all for myself. What a great start for my trip! Breakfast during my stay turned out very nice as well. Lots of choices, in particular for Thai foods (hey, this is Thailand after all!) and very attentive staff. I also used the gym twice. Plenty of modern and well serviced equipment, if only the temperature inside could have been a bit lower. When it comes to the neighborhood…well, it’s Thong Lo, a rather touristy area, particularly serving Japanese visitors, so it lacks some “local” feel. For that you would rather stay in Sathon or somewhere else along the river. I took BTS every day which was easily accessible with the hotel’s free transfer service. Going back I walked and took the chance to get an awesome massage on the way home. All in all I had an awesome stay at the hotel, although I would choose another area in Bangkok for my next trip as I prefer a more “local” feel. Thanks to the entire staff at MUU hotel for making my stay special!

We stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions while on our SEA trip and looked forward to getting back there and when we come back, we stay here again. The staff made our stay wonderful and the bed was very comfortable and loved the Perricone products in true bathroom. The view from the pool and jacuzzi is stunning. Location is great with great restaurants as well. There is nothing we didn’t like and highly recommend. Nothing

Great staff, really nice room. Convenient location in a nice area. The nice lounge on the 10th floor is advertised as an alternative for breakfast and light meals as well as drinks in the evening, but seems not to be much used - seems a pity

Wonderful hotel, super comfortable beds, great staff, the breakfast buffet was amazing and the hotel is located in a great neighborhood! We especially loved the hotel’s complimentary tuktuk rides around thonglor! There is little supermarket next to the hotel; very convenient. We will be back for sure!!

After having stayed here several times, I've noticed a distinct difference in the way guests are treated when booking on the hotels website, vs on booking. Both times I've booked with booking.com, I've been given worse rooms on lower floors and they have been less accommodating on things like date adjustments and late checkouts, and less helpful in general at check-in and check-out. The hotel was probably at 50% capacity when we last went, so it is not a case of being overbooked. Unfortunately their website rates are highway robbery when compared so I will still use booking.com if I decide to stay here again.
