Clean rooms and good service

The staff was exceptional (especially the men transporting us on a golf cart and the cleaning lady). The room was quiet and I liked the balcony. Every morning, I enjoyed listening to the exotic birds songs and the call of the Muezzin. I felt transported elsewhere (that's the point of it all!) The beds were on the hard side (I liked it, but my wife did not), the shower was nice, there was a kettle in the room. We did not use the kitchenette. Location was bad, away from everything of interest. Thankfully, nice employees would take us to the train station on their golf cart and pick us up as well. We also used taxis quite a bit. We had dinner in the restaurant on site once and... we never came back to it. Maybe their breakfast, which we did not try for fear of it being as bad as dinner, is worth it. If you are hungry, there are no choices in walking distance.

The food is delicious. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The facilities are top notch. It was comfortable, clean, easy walking distance to market, Hua Mak Red Line Station and the yellow line MRT Sometimes it’s a struggle to get refills for the (in room free Crystal water bottles) I’m unsure why it’s such a big deal ? when I asked the house keeper for my daily refill she looked at me like I was stealing something ? I’m not sure about the kind of people they are used to dealing with but I’m not a thief. I also noticed that certain staff in the restaurant, treated me with fear, as if I was going to do something obscene towards them. The few times I’ve been there I’ve treated everyone with kindness and respect. I tip them well and speak with respect. I’ve never behaved like a dog or savage towards anyone there.

The units are neat and clean, staff is friendly and helpful The staff seemed bit too stringent on policies which is fine to an extent but also seems pushy after a certain point, would appreciate if the hotel management could make policies a bit more customer focused and friendly.

Looks and feels like past glory. Room service cocktails are in plastic cups (seriously!).

Great staff, great location, great room Nothing

We stayed four nights and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Our king room was clean, comfortable and spacious with kitchenette and furnished balcony. Nearby is the Hua Mak transit station, convenient to central Bangkok and the airport. Resort staff will drop off and pick up to and from the station, but it's otherwise only a 5-10 minute walk. Breakfast was excellent with both Western and Thai options on the buffet. The pool was a little chilly in December, but we made good use of the gym facilities, which were dated but functional, sufficient for a basic cardio and weights workout. Overall a relaxing stay and one we can definitely recommend.

Perfect Location for 1 or 2 night to visit BKK. Breakfast have big potential to improve.

Pool lacks sun, sunbeds should be around both sides of the pool I frequently see people laying on the ground trying to catch sun.

The room is clean and easier to settle in I think the toilet pipe or something broke in my room making the toilet-shower room very smelly
