Warm Window Silom - Hostel

Good value place in a busy but central area. Superior Queen Room was adequate in terms of size and style however we had a problem with the AC over the bed as it was way too noisy for us to sleep well. We tried complaining about this however were informed that it was fixed. Apart from this issue with the AC, room was comfortable, bathroom was large and room was not noisy. Staff at reception were very nice.

The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around (mostly for going out at night). The room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax. Considering the price, it was definitely great value for money. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The bathroom, in particular, was poorly cleaned after the previous guest. I stayed in PB3, a room with a private bathroom, and it was clear that the toilet had not been properly disinfected—it had yellow stains and smelled like urine. This lack of hygiene was unacceptable and definitely needs improvement.

Exceptional

Staff were very helpful and kind! The aircon wasn't coming through the curtain so we had to keep the curtain open or the pod got too hot for us 2. Mattress was pretty flat. Good spot for a quick in and out place thought! Lovely and cheap thai street food market across!

An amazing spacious room bp2 for 3 guests with a great view. Amazing value for ?oney. The breakfast was very basic. Our room was in4th floor without elevator.

There is nothing to like about this place.

Bed, girl on desk, easy to find, Breakfast was minimum you expect. Could offer full options at check-in because the facilities are there.

The location is excellent Polite staff Cozy rooftop Daily cleaning Guests are offered a free breakfast: only bread, butter, sweet muffins, watermelon, instant coffee, cereal. No eggs or normal food. The staff lives in this hostel and leaves their suitcases and personal belongings in the bathroom. They spend the night in common places (in the playroom, for example)

very central located and loved the way it’s been maintain. floors looks very clean and 10 needed dorm is big enough. very cozy and comfortable bed. I had hard time to explain to receptionist- I booked this hostel for myself along with my friends- and one was booked separately. they charged my credits card one room and one was paid by my friend so basically we were supposed to pay for 4 person however receptionist kept this printed sheet which mentioned the total amount to pay. we payed entire amount as we had to rush to airport. my friends checkouts later so they mentioned it’s been shorted and then finally understood. I’m not sure when I would receive my extra paid night.

The best hostel i stayed in so far! Really didn't want to leave ? Friendly and helpful staff, high quality service, good vibe, perfect location, nice view from the rooftop. The manager Asamar - one love ❤ Super sweet. She allowed me to leave my bag and take a shower before check-in, I arrived too early. I appreciate that a lot, thanks ?? Also she recommended me the best ways of spending my time in Bangkok. For sure I'll be back, InshaAllah

Double bed dorm rooms are spacious ? The wonderful people I met ❤️

The room is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. Less friendly to people with large luggage.

The Property was okay. I booked a room in 4 bed dormitory. To avoid too much people but the room was very very small. It was conjusted and hard to go in and out. The Private rooms were awesome. Also there was a smell in the room that was not unnoticeable.
