Great value for money! I stayed in a private room with a private bathroom and it was a great deal. The location is perfect, the shower is great (hot water, good pressure), and although the room is small, it’s perfectly fine for a single person. The lady at the reception is really nice, check-in was super quick, and I could also do my laundry for a small fee. You can also check-in early (for a small fee) and leave your luggage after check-out (for free). The WiFi also worked great, if you need to do some work. If you’re a solo traveler, that’s an ideal base in Bangkok.

It could be cleaned throughout the floor tiles and stairs looking dirty. It needs a good polished. Otherwise its an affordable stay. Dirty floor and stairs.

The don’t have any lift so you just have to take luggage by yourself on top floors even though its was mentioned in property details. Rest everything was good.

Great stay in the heart of the city

I’ve stayed here for about two weeks in total. I had a very positive experience. Some guests have complained about noise, but I didn’t have a problem the whole time I was staying there. Sometimes I could hear people in the halls, but it wasn’t too loud. A lot of the walls all concrete. Sound isolation seemed generally okay. The common areas on the first floor and the rooftop garden are nice. You can prepare simple food. There’s a refrigerator and plenty of dishes and cutlery available. The rooftop garden is really nice and feels different at different parts of the day. There’s mosquitoes at night— might be a good idea to prepare bug spray for yourself. The rooms are really nice. Sometimes the beds are a little soft. The last room I stayed in had a nice firm mattress. The housekeeper is really great and very nice and easy to communicate with via translation apps if you don’t speak Thai. Really great spot!

Convenient and great location

The location, cleanliness and affordable. The curtain should change because during daytime and you were sleeping its too bright and can't cover the sunlight.

washrooms need maintenance, size of the room is small if u want spend more than few hrs in the room and there is a lot of noise if someone walks outside ur room

Very clean, there are space downstairs where you can communicate with other tourists and waiting while the room are not available. You can hear everything from next doors. One night I can’t sleep at all cause some guys was partying in their room, too loud for hours. I was trying to go downstairs to ask for help but nobody there, trying to call but nobody answer the phone. At the end, it was too annoying, I must knock the door and asked them to keep quiet.
