location - great staff - great cleanliness - great these are minor points... wish there were just a couple plates and basic silverware. that would make the kitchenette much more relevant wish there was a walk in shower instead of tub/shower combination

The location was great. Near my embassy. Plenty of nice bars and restaurants. And the property offered free parking on site!

It was a comfortable hotel, quick easy check-in and check-out, located about 5 minutes walk from the US embassy which is what we needed, and 5 minutes from the BTS. -

The location is not far from BTS station. There's convenience store nearby. I did make a request for a quiet room but the room I got was on the 3rd floor near elevator and facing the street which's very noisy. And when i went down talked to her she said I can't change the room since the rest room's already used (I peed). I had to go out to find earplugs and even I used them I still had difficulty to get sleep. The worst thing that's really unacceptable is the filthy shower head. The overall of the room in not clean but the shower head is gross. As you see in the picture it's very disgusting. I had to clean it by myself before using it . It made me really sick. The room isn't like what's advertised.

I haven't taken the breakfast so I could not provide the feedback on this The smell in the kitchen especially from the wash basin in the kitchen area is not good. it should be deep clean after each guest check out.

The location was excellent. It is walking distance to the BTS. It is not crowded and congested.

Good value for money. Some small maintenance issues but nothing major. Clean rooms.

Hot water mixer in shower did not work properly. AC regulator not working properly. But good value for money and I had no major issue.

Great location, very convenient for sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay of one or two nights. Nothing in particular for a short stay. If I had to mention something, the shower drainage could be slow.

The staff were friendly and the room was adequate size. Getting a taxi and grab it was also easy. There was no safe in the room and there are no blackout curtains. The car park is adequate but very tight to manoeuvre.
