The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is also a currency exchange ATM in the lobby, which is very convenient if you need to exchange cash

Very nice hotel. We got two room keys so could keep the A/C on low while we were out. It has a currency converter ATM available at reception, along with a normal ATM outside that charges 250-350 baht per transaction. 7/11' within walking distance in both directions of the hotel. Self-service washing and drying machines across the road for 40 baht per machine. We got a late checkout until 1pm for free. Lovely cafe next to reception. No in house laundry service but not a big deal with the service across the road. Nice location however not many restaurants or places to eat nearby that aren't on the expensive side, expensive area. A little bit out of the way but taxis are cheap so not really an issue.

We stayed in their 1 bedroom suite! We love the air con, breakfast, the bed super comfy. The staff were so friendly and accomadating. I didn't like the toilet at breakfast, it had no air con. I was sweating whilst on the toilet lol!

Great front desk staff!! Small-ish but comfortable lobby I could walk to All Seasons Place (Italian Embassy) in less than 10 minutes. They have a shuttle to the US Embassy, which is about 600m away total and the Irish Embassy is right across from All Seasons. Good restaurants on and near Ruam Rudi The room was spotless and well-appointed. I don't remember much about the room, which is good. It means it totally met my needs and was spotless (a personal pet peeve) and comfortable without being over-the-top Really...their main strength is the quality and professionalism of the staff. If I were a hotelier, I'd be scheming on how to poach them The bakery connected to the hotel was very pricey, even for central Bangkok. To be honest, I'm not sure they are part of the hotel so my view on this may not be attributable to the hotel directly. Anyway, the last time I paid 300THB for an avocado salad, I was at the Dusit. Having said that, the quality was very good indeed...and 30THB upcharge for oat milk in my latte was borderline ridiculous. However, in their defense...wine by the bottle prices were reasonable and the selection of good quality, less expensive labels was well thought out

Large rooms, nice roof top pool overlooking the US Embassy. Excellent breakfast included. Very good value. The gym is tiny--really needs expansion.
