Check in process is so long. Staff offered welcome drinks to all guests except us. The whole check in process took 20 mins standing after long flight

The swimming pool is clean and water quality is excellent, I can literally open my eyes when swimming, with no discomfort hours after. There are Byredo products all over the facility and they smell very pleasant and luxurious. The diplomatic bar on ground floor is also a great place to stay and have a sip of coffee. The bathtub at my room (1818) has a stopper that seems broken. I can stop it and fill up water for bathing but the stopper does not pop out again after pressing it. The shower head also has a relatively weak water pressure and instructions on the wall are hard to understand. I had to try a few times to find the right temperature.

Excellent room experience, in particular the water heater was very responsive - hot water came through in a matter of seconds, and room lighting was excellently designed - I could get sufficient lighting for daytime use and also switch to dim night lighting where my infant could sleep while I still had enough light to work. Reasonable breakfast with good spread and many local dishes. There is a supermarket in the connected office complex that is open till 9PM, making it easy to get anything you need. Highly recommended. I had a bunch of extras (breakfast for an additional guest, late checkout etc.) that I paid for at check-in, plus a room service order that I had to pay for at check-out - this caused some confusion at check-out, when the desk staff did not see my previous payments and took a while to sort out. I did not get double charged in the end, so all ended well.

Location and lobby bar. The room is poorly soundproofed, and the staff at the reception, call center, concierge, and lost and found are poorly trained. This makes communication with them extremely frustrating and difficult.

Require renovation, breakfast collection was very limited and repetitive everyday, Shattaf/Bidet not installed in the hotel facilities restrooms except in the room, service was a bit slow overall, surprised to experience that breakfast was only covered for 1 adult per room where I had to pay additional amount per day for all my kids.
