Oriental Residence Bangkok

My son and I truly loved this hotel. The staff (especially Miew and the pool manager) went over the top on service. The styling of the spacious rooms are exceedingly tastful (nothing tacky or contrived). Great breakfast with items like Tom Yum benedict and stoked salmon with cream cheeseburger. Good gym and the pool was perfect (my son is a swimmer). I'm struggling to mention anything here but watch your step on the steps to the restaurant out front if it's rainy.

Very family friendly in a clean and trouble free neighborhood. Even the views from our high floor windows were great!! We were staying in a 2 bedroom apartment and rooms were super dimly lit. Apparently it was the “mood setting” theme of the hotel. Upon requesting a couple of times they finally added a few lamps and swapped out all the bulbs to daylight lights. It still wasn’t the best but it was the best they could do. Even the mattresses felt super worn in. I wish they were a little firmer.

I didn't like the lack of privacy in the bathroom; there should be a lock on the door. Do not turn on the corridor air conditioner towards the elevator, especially if the elevator is delayed, as it will be hot. The absence of a trash can in the lobby or hotel corridors

Spacious apartment. I had particularly booked this apartment because in the “Facilities” it was mentioned that they have an indoor playground as I was away for a whole day at the hospital for medical checkup and wanted my kids to stay busy. However, upon arrival I was informed that there was no indoor playground. So the information provided regarding this facility was misleading. There was too much noise from the nearby roads at night, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Also, the doors in the apartment don’t have locks!

It was a very luxurious and comfortable stay in this hotel. First: The reception by the hotel staff was very wonderful and the staff is very respectful and they have full hospitality, reception and guest service at the highest level, and they do their best to meet the needs of the guests. Second :The Oriental Residence Hotel is located in a lively and very important area and an excellent location near all very high-end and modern markets and malls. The area also contains all services such as supermarkets, pharmacies and also some restaurants The size of the rooms is large and comfortable and has all the tools and accessories In general, I really liked everything in the hotel, but there are some points that must be taken and made. The high price of the cafe in ground floor (the price of the coffee and food). The hotel lobby is luxurious but rather small and needs to expand and add more sitting and waiting places. It is also preferable to add a main cafe in the middle of the lobby to serve coffee and desserts instead of relying on only one place. Bathroom accessories need to be changed as they are very consumed and what is meant here is shower accessories. Excellent proposal to add a sauna and jacuzzi bathroom for guests to give a character of sophistication and integration and gives more comfort and recreation. The gym is small and does not have a great variety of sports equipment.

I stayed for 6 days and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. What made this stay truly special was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Kiran, Mill, and Print, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and memorable. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care were exceptional. Thank you for the great hospitality—I would gladly stay here again.

Absolutely top-notch stay at the Oriental Residence Bangkok. Perfect location with easy walking access to major destinations, exceptionally clean rooms, and truly outstanding service throughout the stay. The hospitality and attention to detail honestly reminded me of Dubai’s high service standards. On top of that, the views from the room were simply amazing. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok.

Location was very convenient walkable distance to bts station and great malls. Our room had a nice view overlooking the greenery garden. Room was clean and spacious Most of all the staff were so kind and attentive (esp. Ms Jee at reception. She was always smiling and very helpful) Nothing
