The location is great! The staff are very friendly! The hotel room we had, had no windows to open, so mild smell of mold was there. Not sure it’s healthy if you stay long there.

7/11 outside the hotel very convenient Unique kind of design for the room The room it self wasn’t the cleanest The bathtub was dirty The sheets were a bit stained I found Contact lenses on the table I didn’t really care but if this left like this on the table that just saying they don’t clean the room very well *I took pictures only from the thing that I like*

Hotel is conveniently located near metro. AC was effective. Thin walls so that noise is a constant issue, staff was unresponsive to follow up email requests.

The Staffs were very friendly and help full. The location was top just is at the BTS station I could say. The hotel was beautiful and relaxing idea. Just the air-con was a little bit loud in my room but it was ok for 1 night stay.

The hotel is close to the hospital and very convenient for early morning doctor visits. Good value for the price. Nice HARNN bath amenities. There is a large 7-Eleven, an SCB ATM, and a Starbucks at the entrance. It would be better if the hotel could provide drinking glasses. As for the amenities, I think a shower cap would be more useful than cotton pads.

The room booked was far from the main entrance of the hotel. It is situated in an extension building of the hotel. You have to walk past a cafe and a parking area before you reach the room.

The room was modern and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was spacious and the shower well designed. The access card deposit of 1000 THB can only be paid by cash. At other comparable hotels you can pay electronically. The interior directions marking is bad. Our room number was indicated. This is surprising and quite strange.

The location was good, near train, bus, very convenient. Wall is not sound proof, and the some of the other guests were staying there banging on my door in middle of the night just because I had my TV on.

Location. Clean. The stuff didn’t make the efforts to give us double beds rooms. No facilities.

it's so close to the skytrain and i'm in the middle of the city super easy to get around. my room has no window so it was dark all the time. i couldn't tell when it was day time until i look at my clock
