The bed isn't secured in place and could be more lush. Hot water works but tricky to set the right temperature.

In my bathroom , ventilating fan is connect other rooms and bad smell from consumer cannabis ,but staff are change new room for us.

Great room, good size, comfortable & clean Excellent wifi Lots of eating places nearby Reception area was good & comfortable with tea & coffee available. Good bathroom Close enough to Victory Monument station I've stayed here before & must have had a back room because I have no memories of noise from the street. This time I had a room facing the street & it was really noisy during the day. I complained wanting a change of room which would have been possible for 1 night but not 2. Desk staff gave me a set of ear plugs which made the night tolerable.

Good location, very close to the Victory Monument Skytrain station. Very nice staff; new, nicely decorated and clean rooms. The window in my room was rather small and the room was a bit gloomy.

Great location, close to everything you might need and a 30min drive from BKK airport. Staff was absolutely lovely and the facilities were modern and well maintained. There’s foul smell from the drain in the bathroom and if you have inconsiderate neighbors, you will have a hard time sleeping.

Quiet, with friendly staff! They also have free light bites which is very nice, the chrysanthemum tea they served is also very good! Walking distance to 7-11 and MCD The toilet smells of sewer in the morning and at night sometimes, so it tainted my towel which scared me a little when I wanted to use it the next day? And no slipper?
