The location is so convenient for the BTS! There is an escalator for Victory Monument station just a few steps from the front entrance. 7/11 and lots of street food options. Nice big windows in the rooms of you like natural light. Very basic facilities to go along with the affordable price. No elevator if that’s a concern. Nothing fancy here, just the basics with fairly thin walls and (luckily) loud a/c to provide white noise to cover any noise from the street or neighbours.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. There was mold on the walls and in the bathroom, which is not only unpleasant but also a serious health concern. The bathroom itself was made of glass and only separated by a thin partition, offering no privacy at all. During the night, I found a huge cockroach in the room. I reported the issue via message, but no one took it seriously and no action was taken. The next day, I tried to resolve the matter amicably, but the staff showed no interest and didn’t offer any form of compensation. This hotel fails to meet even the most basic standards of hygiene and customer service.

Room, facility and location are all good, but service and feeling very bad. Extra fee need to pay for over 8yrs old kids when check in. But no reminders or any descriptions when booking. There is a tendency to cheat when booking.

Nice place and well located in the centre of Bangkok! There wasn’t a lift there, it was a bit tough when we need to bring our luggage on level 4!

The hotel is located right besides Victoria monument BTS so it makes it easier to move around. The big window it’s really nice to watch people walk by in the morning. The AC works fine and it’s nice to have a little fridge in the room. When we arrived the toilet had some left hairs, there was a cockroach next to the bed (the only one we saw) and the bed sheets had big holes that were poorly amended with thread.

The only thing with the hotel is there isn't a lift. Our room was o. The 4th floor and we arrived with a 30kg suitcase! Once the case was up and unpacked the stairs didn't bother us.

The location was great. Very near to BTS station. Many shops and street food stalls around. The room is also very clean and spacious. Love the big window with a view! They do not have an elevator so we had to walk up with our luggages. We didn’t struggle much but for other people who need assistance might be quite difficult. The price is also bit high.
