Staff really helpful with requests and helping to know where things are, the beds are absolutely massive and really clean Only suggestion I would make is having a black out blind as well as a curtain as the light seeps through

Everything is perfect - nearby attractive locations - walking distance to all required stations - its connected with best snacks around. Need some attention to changing of shower // all rusted.

Close to BTS, close to Saxophone, the room was very nice. The area itself is not so nice, the mall is not very nice. No facilities (gym or pool).

The location is really not far from the BTS station. The room is clean and very functional. the check in and check out is very efficient and you can contribute to green aspect by not changing the sheet bed every day

I liked the location. It is very close to boat noodles and the BTS. I think the price was good. The shower made weird noises

Very good location because it is close to the urban bus stop and the elevated metro. We forgot some items in one of the drawers. While we weren't going back, we would have liked to have been informed.

Okay-ish room Possibility to use a micro wave in the lobby but be aware that all mal employees are crossing through the lobby to lose the hotels toilets or charge their phones. Made us very uncomfortable. Cleaning is approximative Noisy room due to the location (the rain, the highway, the mail) Very polluted environnement Most of employees do not speak English fluently so communication is difficult Do not book a taxi through the hotel, the driver was paying with his phone all the drive and speeding at the same time (30km/h above limit)

Good location near rail link to airport. Quiet air conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of food options nearby. We enjoyed exploring the nearby Victory Park. A fire alarm rang for a short time during the night which disrupted our sleep.

Location, handy to BTS AND FOOD OUTLETS. Hard to find front door to the hotel reception, most taxi and grab had a problem.
