a strategic location close to shopping centres with many dining options nearby. and thank you as well to the staff who kindly helped carry our heavy luggage and belongings to the grab when we checked out. Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. Although the room was equipped with both an air conditioner and a fan, it remained extremely hot throughout our stay. We requested to change rooms, but our concerns were not handled professionally. Instead of trying to find a solution, the staff repeatedly argued with us, which made the experience even more frustrating. At night, we had to keep both the air conditioner and the fan running, yet the room was still uncomfortably warm. The shower water would occasionally stop completely, leaving us without water. In addition, housekeeping did not clean our room unless we specifically requested it. We hope the management will improve the room conditions, customer service, and housekeeping standards so that future guests can have a much better experience.

Accessible to to ARL ( Airport Rail Link - Ratchaprarop station), pratunam market( last minute shopping possible), lots of 7 elevens. Good staffs, 24hrs support, clean and comfortsble rooms.

1/2 days stay for shopping & only for night stay - is okay. Don't expect more than this.

If you like shopping & street food, this is the place to stay in Pratunam. The wholesale market starts at 7 am and lasts until 12 pm. 5 minutes' walk to Platinum Fashion Mall, Krung Thong Mall, and November Mall. 7-11 is just 100m - 200m away. easy to take a grab. The room overall is ok. You get what u pay. 1000bath room deposit. The BTS station is a bit far away. The pillow is too soft. The shower head was broken, but it can still be used. Cleanliness can be improved.

If u are looking for shopping i can recommend this but if u are looking for tourist destinations and good ambiance i will not recommend … uts bad traffic location where the contructions for the mrt station..where located at.. taxi will cancel in this area because of the unbelievable traffic.. The queen size mayress are ao hard

- Price. - Location. - Friendly and helpful staff who allowed us for an early check in. - Once we entered the room we saw 3 small size cockroaches running around and kept chasing them. - Before checking out while getting ready to leave one giant cockroach showed up in the bathroom as the final boss. - Therefore i guess the place need serious attention to clean or to be completely renovated.

Building looks kind of old, only 1 mug given for 3 people room, toilet looks kind of old but clean

The room was moldy, and quite dirty. Apart from dirt on the walls which is kind of understood, the floor had such dust flufs in the corners that it was obvious that the floor was not cleaned for weeks. And matras just do not exist. It's kind of hard basement and matras as thin as blanket on top. Very uncomfortable to sleep unless you like to sleep on the floor.

Nothing at all. Elevator wasn’t working for few days due to electrical/machine problems. We need to use stairs knowing that our room in is 3rd floor aside from that we have heavy shoppings bags. Just imagine how you look like after you reach 3rd floor. It is very noisy. The rooms are not secured. Even there’s a cctv in it.

Just be mindful that you have to give a 1000-baht security deposit when you check-in. They only take cash. There is a money exchange outside the hotel if you need it.
