The location of the hotel is far from attractive places and balcony is too small and they put the ac fan in it so the heat of the fan will come to you if you stay in balcony

The rooms we got were big and clean The hotel is at a some small back road, and the bathroom would have this bad smell at times

The staff are always so helpful especially Daw and Wing at the reception. Cleaning staff always does a great job and keeps the room super clean.

Location and staff. We were on the first floor second building and the traffic noise kept us awake so not a great sleep. Also the latch on the window to the patios was too loose. I worried someone could break in

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is bit far from the nearby train stations but the tuk-tuk service is a great option to get there. The room was comfortable and daily cleaned. Wifi was also great. The biggest issue I had was with the water temperature in the shower, which constantly switched from hot to cold and vice versa as I was trying to stabilize it.

The staff Were Brilliant. Polite Patient Hardworking. The rooms are more like apartments. Excellent Design & Finish. The swimming & Gym are of a modest size yet fully equipped. They Even Have Transport for your Convenience.

Dated room. No Elevator in the floor. Electric locker stopped working during my stay. Had to wait for an hour to be fixed.

Location and facilities are ok. Staff support was really unacceptable . They were kept a deposit of 2000 bht when we checking . And while we checking out they deduct it saying various reasons . (We were asked from them about the snacks they offered us in the room. Whether it is chargerble or not And one guy at receptio said that every thin in the refrigerator are chargerble and others are not..) in that case our little ones eat only which were NOT in the refrigerator .. but at the time we checking out. There was a bill for that and they deducted that from our early .deposit ?? I'm A banker and my wife is a Doctor who are really good with english.however they were not communicate the mentioned issue clearly. And when I booked it booking.com showed the amount as LKR 207000/= how ever when the payment done you debited 219000Lkr from me.. I would really like to know about that too..

The staff was great, they also have a free shuttle service which was great, the rooms are big and spacious The hotel constantly had a bad smell, in the lobby and in the rooms, not because it was dirty just old sewage system. The pool isn’t great either, and it sits right on the highway which isn’t relaxing at all

Location is amaZing close to one of the craziest street, nana plaza, while at the same time you can enjoy both pool and gym without the noise of said street. Staff always ready to help 24/7, good amenities and free shuttle to the center near nana station!!

The lovely staff, the fantastic room with super comfortable bed, the balcony, the breakfast (which offered different choices each day along with staples), the free shuttle to the rail network, the pool and the short walk to a wonderful park out two Only 1 bowl in the cupboard which I’m sure would have been rectified had I mentioned it
