Nothing, and i feel being fools by everything in there The place is old and tricky between the posted in picture and the reality, most of the staff very useless and not helpfull especially with the staff who trick me with renting a car and ruins my trip in bangkok, the facilities is definitly not good, even they said the airport transfer available but the fact is none, and we as first timer is confuse how to get the hotel, the service very low standard except the waiters in the restaurant is helpfull. The guy who trick us with the car rent is very unpleasant even our trip to bankok feel like very un enjoyfull since the frist time we arrived at the residence it so dirty and stinky and when we request to change the room they just give us the next day with a reason the staff who clean the room is already left. My sumary review is please becarefull with the picture provided in the application and also please ask and read the detail carefully its so absurb and full of lie. And also try to avoide the offer from the staff for guide you or help you to rent a car they will trick you and they are so rude.

Great staff, good location near an MRT and canal ferry stop, close to food options. The gym and pool facilities are pretty dated and underwhelming. Expensive for what it is, IMO. The room was okay, not great, not bad.

Good sized room and hotel location Paid for an upgrade to a suite but the photos didn't look anything like the room that we actually had. Everything old and worn, and barely functional. Room was ground floor next to pool which was terrible in the morning with screaming children.

We were 4 nights. They cleaned our room every day but not charged the towels for us even though they were so dirty.

The staff were friendly, there was hot water, the bed was comfortable and it was clean. Room was dated and the 90's television set with like 10 channels.
