Huge common rooms with appliances Friendly staff

- Lovely and helpful team - Location near the train station, Chatuchak and main spots. - The private Room was big enough with huge fridge, bed, AC, warm shower. - Shared kitchen, Laundry (Sun- Drying in the garden) - We liked everything! But just to be a bit spoiled. - The mosquito net in the balcony didn’t cover all the spots.

The staff at the front desk has very limited English communication skills but they were friendly and tried to help in everything.

Excellent location away from the bustle of Sukhumvit but still plenty to eat and drink in the lovely back streets that remind me so much of Surry Hills in Sydney. Go and look for the converted garage coffee shop (only open weekends when owner is not cheffing in the city) and the steak place. Great value Not much

Clean and tidy. The decoration style is nice. Location is convenient: 7-11 and lotus go fresh nearby and BTS is not too far away (30-min walk). The place is relatively quiet in the nighttime. Free snacks are available on the second floor. An elevator is available. Bathroom is small and sink is in the balcony (not convenient in the night to wash hands). Credit card is not supported.

Lady that runs the place is very nice, she gave me a kettle to make tea in my room to save me going back and forth to the shared kitchen, she did this without me asking or mentioning it. She also helped me with the washing machines and a few other things. Despite the language barrier she was very helpful with everything and used machine translation when things weren’t clear. Expensive compared to other similar options, but the place is located on a very quiet street which is rare for Bangkok.

Loved almost EVERYTHING about this place. -The woman at the front desk is super kind and helpful even though she only speaks Thai. (All the staff are quite kind). -The room was so much larger than I expected and there is a closet with amazing storage space. -There is a full sized fridge and so many outlets for plugs. -The balcony and view was awesome. -Overall design of the room was absolutely beautiful. The outside area of the hotel was also really pretty. -There is a common living area and separate dining area on the 2nd floor with sooo many free snacks and other amenities. (24 hour access). -There are laundry machines. Only 2 real downsides for me: -My bathroom sink was located outside the bathroom on the balcony. It was just really awkward and annoying to unlock the balcony door and go out every time I needed to wash my hands. -The location isn’t the best. The closest MRT line is about a 20 minute walk away. Not terribly far, but it’s so hot here that the walk can get really overwhelming sometimes. Also a bit annoying after a long day when you want to get home quickly. Of course, Grab bike or taxi is an option to bring you back quicker, but I find it a bit expensive for the distance sometimes. Also, there isn’t much to do in the immediate area and it’s a bit far from all the tourist areas and attractions. Overall, this place was fantastic. Downsides aside, I ended up extended my stay for 5 extra nights because this place is just so clean and comfortable. Honestly, if the location doesn’t bother you, I HIGHLY recommend this place (but maybe not if it’s your first time in Bangkok and you want to do a lot).

The room is very stylish and clean. Bed linen, fridge, bed — everything was in excellent condition! No odors or mold. I especially want to mention the administrator. We checked in on New Year's Night, January 1st. Taxi refused to go from the center, so we walked to the hotel, reached the 3 o'clock in the morning. Unfortunately, we did not warn the administrator that we would check in so late. But she still let us in, settled and was friendly, for which many thanks to her! This does not apply to the hotel itself! But I do not recommend walking from the center — this is not the fastest and not the most comfortable way ?

Very nice Hotel, located near a main avenue with lots of restaurants and stores. The hosts were very friendly, and there is a free common kitchen with free snacks, it was good to have a cup of tea or noodles soup late at night. Nothing really
