The property is quite good near the pratunam market and easy to buy foods nearby n around the location The foods for breakfast they served same loaves,coffee,juice,n coco crunch, The loaves were expired cause i seen many molds around the edges of the loaves, Anf the one incharged of the kitchen not good not easy to talk with

Very bad the breakfast,,they are serving loaves that maybe expired caused i seen with my 2eyes were many molds at the edge of the loaves,i stayed there 6 days same breakfast they are serving ,so we aren buying foods on the second day till for 6days, We booked april 16 to 22 I send message that we arrive at April 17 due of the scheduling of cebu pacific airlines,but still they charged us 200baht But the we paid April 16 to 22

The location was the best thing. The room was clean and the shower and bed were good. The breakfast was basic but very good. Bread and cereals with milk and good coffee. The receptionist woke up at 12, 1 am to do the check in. Stairs to get to our room.

Nice little boutique hotel on the canal with close access to old town and the river.

Really loves the location. Would go back because of location and nice staff Bed was terribly rock solid. Toilet was in shower.

Charming central neighborhood, kind receptionist, espresso machine at breakfast, price. During a heavy rainfall a bit water seemed to seep onto the floor of the room via the walls. This was concerning. We have encountered firm mattresses and very simple open shower bathrooms in other Southeast Asian budget accommodations so we were prepared, but it bears mentioning. The breakfast could stand to be improved. The strangely thick margarine and sickly sweet jam were not very appetizing. Some slightly better quality spreads and fresh fruit would go a long way to expand the offering alongside the bread and cereal.

The hotel’s where empty we stayed for 4 nights but they gave us the room on 4th floor and the steps where small . So it’s very hard to reach the room . And for breakfast they only have bread and coffee for all the 4 days.

The property is affordable for a 10days stay, also breakfast is included. The staff were accomodating, near to 7/11 only a 3minute walk also nearby eatery. Bed little stiff only the double size but double deck foams were fine and tv is damaged.

Beautiful location on the river and steps from khao San road! Spacious private room with cute decor. Simple continental breakfast included. The bed was a little hard.

Sadly, but they have cockroaches living there, as I was meeting them every single day of my 3-night stay there(( One was living in my bathroom, and a few more I noticed in a common area.. Pretty disgusting for me, so it spoiled all the impressions of the place.

Excellent location. Very good value. I was very happy here on my first visit six weeks ago. I had a lovely room on the 4th floor that was perfect for me. Also, the free coffee is quite good. I forgot to rate the place after my first visit, but if I had, it would've been a 5-star review. On this occasion, there was an unpleasant smell in my room on the 6th floor (room 161). I think it was from the shower drain. I didn't complain on the day I arrived because I was under the impression that I had the last room and I didn't think I could change it. I mentioned it to the manager on check-out because I was wondering whether it was common for that room or whether there was a problem with the whole building on this particular weekend. Her curt response was that as I hadn't complained the previous day there clearly wasn't a problem. No smell. Maybe she thought I was imagining it. I suspect she thought I was asking for a refund or something, which I wasn't. Also, I should mention that she was being hassled by customers who didn't want to pay their early check-in fee so she was a bit flustered. Based on my first stay here, I will try this place again, but I will definitely avoid room 161.

The AC is noisy at night, and the bed is quite hard which is common in Asia.

Bed was comfortable, other furniture very basic, no fridge or kettle in the room, only available next to reception. No elevator, and - as usual... - somehow I got a room at 4th floor. Breakfast was poor, no meat, only toast with jam and milk with cereales.

My stay was nice, AC was a big help and the area is cute. I loved the vibe, lots of green and color. If you walk nearby you can find a street full of street food. Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am and there are cereal, bread, coffee and orange juice. No elevator, so I had to carry my luggage till the 4th floor. When it rained water slipped through the window and there where bugs, I believe there where like little ants. The mattress was a bit hard but bearable.
