I reserved the room for 3 adults but once at check in, I was told I had to pay an extra charge for an extra person. I clearly only had 3 people and I listed it when booking.

this is the BEST breakfast out of any hotel i've ever stayed at. the staff remember you and the location is extremely accommodating i had to leave a go back to work.

The Marquis Queens Park is a luxury hotel that more than meets all expectations. Exceptional is the breakfast area with dozens of cooks freshly preparing dishes from various different regions.

The hotel facilities are truly excellent. It is a grand property with a fantastic fitness center and great breakfast options. What really stood out, however, was the service. The staff was excellent—everyone I encountered was incredibly nice, professional, and helpful, which made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. Perfect Location and Park Access The location behind the central park was the best part of the trip for me; I really enjoyed walking over every day. It’s a wonderful way to escape the city’s hustle and bustle without having to travel far. Overall, the excellent staff, top-tier facilities, and the beautiful park next door made for a great stay. Room Size The only real negative aspect of the stay was the room. I found the rooms to be very small, especially compared to the scale of the rest of the hotel. If you are traveling with a lot of luggage or prefer a more spacious living area, the compact nature of the rooms is something to keep in mind.

The hotel team I interacted with were incredibly kind and thoughtful — something you don’t always expect from a hotel of this size. The rooms were spacious, and the twin beds were surprisingly large and very comfortable. The food at the hotel was consistently very good, and guest services and the in-room dining team went above and beyond by sending a complimentary birthday treat and ginger tea when I wasn’t feeling well. These small, thoughtful gestures truly made the stay more memorable. I also had a fantastic massage with Khun Beth, and Khun Peach was extremely helpful at reception. The rooftop bar offers great views paired with excellent music. The hotel’s location is another highlight, with easy access to the BTS, metro, and nearby malls, making it very convenient. The pool size was disappointing for such a large hotel, and elevator waits were very long even with eight elevators.
