Very accommodating staff Maybe just the price quoted. It was a bit lesser when I booked it and had about couple hundred bahts additional when I got there

. The reception area had a bad smell throughout even when the humidifier was on. . The reception bench has no back rest . The ambience at reception and stair case not appealing

The staff was lovely, room OK, Cupboard doors broken, some lights not working, it needs a bit of fixing up. Linen was clean but had hole in, needs replacing.

Staff are approachable and location is nice very near to pratunam night market however the room is not good, the toilet door is not closing fully, uncontrollable hot water in the shower and the tv is outdated
