Good value, clean The distance from the main city center should be considered when booking.

It’s actually a scam. There’s no AC in the room, only a fan, and it turns off when you switch off the lights. Imagine how hot it is in Thailand. When you ask them about it, they tell you that you didn’t book a room with AC. The towels were dirty, and the rooms look nothing like the pictures. The rooms are also very small, and the one I got had a view of the trash area. I booked for 3 days, but I couldn’t even sleep there. Plus, there’s no elevator, so if you have bags, you need to carry them up the stairs.

I love staying at this place. Very peaceful and spacious.

Good for cost ($100 USD for 8 nights with private room and private bathroom). And a fun location (right down the street from Khaosan Road and old-town Bangkok). An old building that has scars and stains, but it was clean (not a bug in sight the whole time I was there) and it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful (considering its location), as promised. Not a luxury or upgraded spot, but considering cost, very good for price. Good for cost ($100 USD for 8 nights with private room and private bathroom). From the moment I arrived at 8:00am Hospitality at reception was very cold. Requested to check in as early as possible when it’s available. They are so strict and they refused to check me until 3:00 pm. I was toast by then and after a 14 hour flight. I don’t believe that not a single room was available till 3 pm. Anyways that set up my arrival in Bangkok. Room was clean, and bed comfy. A/c worked fine Bathroom dirty and they rely on that the shower is above it so it gets cleaned that way ! Yuk Bathroom wasn’t clean or ever deep cleaned. I can’t say much about the staff cause you don’t run into anyone. The place itself had a gloomy feeling despite having a great outdoor area that’s not used effectively. Usually my experience with simple places are the details, kindness and willing to assist. This wasn’t the case.

The location is good. The hotel is quite clean and organized and also very calm and quiet The amenities are barely non existent. First of all there are AC rooms and Non AC rooms. I was not aware of the room being non AC. Although that was my fault not seeing the distinction the non AC rooms come with nothing, no soap no bodywash or shampoo. They should be more clear about the room differences. A lot of other people also mistakenly booked the non AC rooms. The lobby has no filter for water. It has a warm water flask and a bottle for clean water but they are all emptied by evening and not refilled. There are no water bottles provided with the room as well. The amenities are poor.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Guest House was spotlessly clean. Location was excellent. Price was unbelievably cheap. Everything was perfect.

Clean, comfortable, good location, quite No elevator - took me a lot of efforts to carry my luggage up to the 3rd floor.

The location is excellent, close to Thra Arthit Pier and many eateries. The hotel is in a quiet Soi but close to nightlife. The receptionist is very helpful and so sweet. Bonita House is now my preferred choice in Bangkok.

The staffs are friendly and they even left a note for us since we were late on our check in time. N/A

Convenient location, outdoor seating places, a fridge. Receptionist is polite and gives good information. Quiet neighborhood . Informative, helpful self-check in process. Great price for proximity to Khao San. Strange atmosphere in hotel - very silent and a little eerie. Other staff could seem a little happier although I gave up saying 'Sawatdee krup' after a grunted reply from one. Fan could be improved in single budget room

Did what it should ! Nothing !

The location was very good - the grand palace was close, just about 1.5 km, and thus at a walkable distance. The room and the bathroom was clean and the size of the room was also good. The staff were good mannered and helpful. The facilities in the room were not upto the mark. No electric kettle, and only two electrical outlets - that too quite far away from the bed. No elevator. Our room was on the 4th floor and I had to drag our luggage up and down using the stairs which was exhausting after a long day. They apparently do not allow shows inside the hotel - this is not really a negative point, but a bit weird. Overall, this hotel is good enough if you want to stay just for one night. Anything more - you should look for other places.

The reception team is friendly, accommodating and we were happy that they offered storage. The room is clean and comfortable with a nice window. The little garden downstairs is cute. There is a seven eleven nearby. We were able to check in late.
