A great disadvantage is the parking. No place to get off and on to a vehicle with luggage. The breakfast is not a buffet. You have to choose the main course from two varieties from a small slip given to you, which do not have many options. May consider in providing a space from the adjoining property to get off and on to a vehicle with luggage. More Varities for the Main Course for breakfast would be much better.

Nearby siam paragon, central world and mbk I stay in the room next to Main Street. It’s a bit noisy.

The hotel is next to a main road with a terrific traffic jam, so it's very loud even at night. The room is not soundproof enough, so I can still hear the car/motorbike sound from outside or someone talking in the lobby. The staff at the front desk is not very helpful either. I travelled for work and I requested a receipt for my workplace. After check-out, I needed to add more information on the receipt and folio, as requested from my workplace. However, the staff wasn't helpful as she said she cannot do anything because I have checked out from the hotel. This is so ridiculous. I never get this kind of treatment from other hotel staffs (they are willing to help me to fix the receipt information).

Friendly helpful staff. Perfect location. Relaxed atmosphere. Bit noisy from main road. Had some problems with taxi pick up service due to Cacha having no drive way access

Clean and comfortable. There is a laundry room besides our room and an ironing facility provided. The hotel provide breakfast but it't not muslim friendly (non-halal).

The hotel has a chilled athmosphere and the location is 15/20 minutes walking from the sky train station. Via booking we boocked a room with a double bed and a widow but we got one without a window and two single beds. We didn't say anything so if we would have asked probably we would have gotten a different room as the staff was very friendly and had good english skills. In the night there is a night guard who opens the door who was also very friendly. We booked with breakfast and it was ok but a little small. Toast, jam and watermelon and some coffee and tea. You could also order egg and some meat. It was good but not very big. Nevertheless was it a good stay.
