I simply wish there were more Canalis hotels throughout Thailand, instead of just this one.

The location was ideal for our needs, close to the University campus. The general setup of the hotel is very good, caters for almost every aspect The receptionist staff were very good, helpful and spoke good English. The staff in the restaurant were also good, however the service to clean up the tables especially during breakfast was slow. Many tables left unattended- possibly a few more hands required especially during breakfast. Also breakfast to cater for additional western style menus. Overall the property was good.

second time i use this hotel, a great base near the airport. breakfast is great, rooms are clean, staff is helpful. the area around the hotel is not walkable at all. there are a couple of restaurants somewhat close, but the hotel should be seen as an easy and convenient point to get to

The resort is beautiful and well kept. The bed is relatively soft and it is close to the airport

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. There's a very pleasant outdoor bar next to the canal in the back of the hotel. The hotel is very close to the university where I work (which is why I stayed there). My main issue with this hotel is that I think it's too expensive for what it provides. The room was fine but nothing special. The breakfast had quite a few items but no khao tom which is a standard Thai breakfast item, and no indication that they would cook you eggs to order (though it turned out that they would). The precooked eggs were runny and cold. For three drinks in the bar, we ended up paying 1000 baht, even with the 10% discount coupon. The property claims that it is a five star hotel, but it definitely is not.

The swimming pool is great … there is a workout room too and the restaurant on the property is good too. The refrigerator in the rooms are almost useless I am sorry to say. Not very cold and for a weeklong stay like ours just not good enough

The staff was friendly and we had a great time the room and the bed were big and comfortable and they are great with babies!! The place is fun would come back again
