It was my third stay in this hotel - I always try to book it when in Bangkok. It has a great location, is 15 mins walking distance from the royal temples, there are many great restaurants around to dine in. The rooms are very convenient, clean and comfortable - a very chic and lovely boutique hotel. This time I was a bit disappointed about the reception staff - I arrived in the morning around 7am and could not get into the building (was ringing the bell, knocking the door) but apparently, they slept it. Then I dropped a message via Bookings app to ask for help / anyone to open and let me check in. Other than that, the hotel is great but after an international flight with jetlag, my only wish was to get as fast as possible to bed.

The location was perfect and walkable to the SWING in the roundabout and the Grand Palace. Lovely cafe right around the corner for coffee and croissant. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was lovely.

This hotel is cute and located in a good spot, just a short walk from many popular attractions in the old city center (though it may seem a bit dodgy). There are lots of great places to eat nearby. The facilities are fine and the family room, while compact, was pretty comfy. Not really good value for money (especially when advertised as a 4-star hotel). The worst part is that they require payment in cash even when booking via this platform (without any previous notice). This created quite some hassle as you probably do not carry so much cash on such a trip. The staff speak no English so every communication is done via Google Translate (that leads to quite some inefficiencies). The room had a musty smell, likely from an unclean air conditioner (also placed in very wrong location, above the bed). The bathroom is quite basic, and the amenities limited (shampoo bottle was full of water instead of shampoo, when asked it was immediately replaced though). You had to ask to clean the room (before 10am), otherwise they would not clean it.

The noise in the hallway was hearable in the room, as the doors had no soft-close. Whenever someone closed the door, everyone on the same floor could hear it.

The staff, the hotel, the location and the style. Fantastic stay. The only thing I can feed back here is that the lock on the room door can be a little tricky to lock sometimes. Other than that everything was perfect.
