The staff allowed us to store the bag despite the cancellation The hotel overbooked for our stay and unable to provide any solution afterwards. Hotel the charged the cancellation fees without any accountability. The hotel is under OYO brand so any responsibility is out of the equation.

It's a filthy dump with angry, careless staff, far from shopping despite the good reviews. I was given a dirty room and asked for a clean towel. A man claiming to be a customer shouted at me not to complain. If the reservation weren't nonrefundable, I would have left immediately. It's poor management that's the problem in these cheap places that makes everything bad. Nothing

It was a spacious room with a lot of beds and very comfortable.

I contacted the hotel several times before my arrival to reschedule my booking due to visa delays, and they initially asked for my new dates. But once I provided them, they refused to help and marked my reservation as a no-show, even though I couldn’t change it myself. Poor communication and lack of flexibility made the experience very disappointing.

Behaviour and washrooms and beedrooms bed make noise

Too cozy, people where talking in the night, little disturbing through the night. Rooms had no lock, common bathrooms and compacted rooms.

I booked for 1 night to check the hostel. Then I wanted to extend my stay and on reception told me to book through booking. ( so obviously there were free beds) I booked for 3 nights and paid. Then at 1 pm they coming to me and tell me to check out and request the full refund since there are no free beds and somebody booked before. And told me to hurry up because they need to clean)) I requested a refund and texted them and no results. And then I see booking status is completed after 3 days. I come to the hostel and they are telling me they don’t speak English and I should call booking.com company directly. Scammers. They had bad reviews and exact same situation was in reviews.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, good and strong WIFI. Shower was good, strong stream and hot water. Room was in good size, and could fit 1 person or a couple. There is 7/11 just down the hotel, and a nice street with restaurants and things to do. The staff was very nice, they don't speak english, but you can manage with translation app. The location isn't the best, you have to walk 10-15 minutes to get to MBK center, or take a grab. It's pretty much ok, considering the price of the hotel, so I would still recommand.

Hostel is very specious, clean bathrooms, bed areas are very private. Location is calm breakfast are nice too Not much to do around the area

I like the staff, they were very nice and smiling all the times. - I think for a one night stay is totally fine - location was very convenient, close to siam on a reasonable walking distance and 7 min for the BTS the bed was nice and firm the breakfast was very limited. I tried once, disliked both the meal and coffee. - lack of amenities. No hand soup, toothpaste (extra money), no kettle in the room, few plugs in the room, closets without doors, and some stuff that need fixing - shoes on the corridors/elevator. It seems that you need to leave the shoes on the entrance, but then even the stuff move around with shoes and when I went without shoes the floor was dirty. really confusing as rule and bad explained. - value for the price. I've been different times in the city and you can find better places.
