None Phone wasn't working. Was trapped in the room for 3 hours. I was banging at the door and shouting, but no one heared me. I slipped notes outside for help but it was unseen. I sent a chat here n Booking. Only AI replied. I tried calling the numbers indicated. None worked. The room was musty. No windows. I was shaking and almost crying. I reserved at a different hotel and contacted them about situation. That was the only time I was rescued. I left immediately. I stayed for less than 24hrs. NOT RECOMMENDED. JUST DON'T.

It was acceptable and the staff were nice. Very good location but I was surprised by the age of the room, dressed up with some branding but an old small and used room. Not bad for the money and good enough for sleep and getting to a meeting in the diamond district etc. But if you want amenities, nice relaxing and attractive space, you will miss the mark.

I failed to check in due to the property not meeting my expectations, and my request for cancellation was denied. Didn't check in

It was a bit noisy from the busy street. There were some problems accessing the television service during our stay. The refrigerator needed replacing, but the staff did take care of it though.
