Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn Bangkok

Great hotel with exceptional service and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is like brunch, with a great variety. The location is perfect for using the BTS silom line with a bridge on the third floor that connects directly to the station, so in case of rain there are no worries. You can easily walk to the nearby pier to catch ferries and visit major locations (IconSiam, Wat Arun, Grand Palace, Chinatown). The infinity pool is amazing and a great experience with nice music and service from the bar. Pool slippers and robes are provided in the rooms and towels are available at the pool. Although the breakfast had several choices, I would like to see a more “European” options. An iron with an iron-board would be a nice addition to the room amenities.

I live the direct connection to the BTS line! All covered walkway right from Surasak station. The breakfast is also very nice; spotlessly clean dining room! Nothing

Excellent in every way. Wonderful rooftop bar and pool. Great gym, and superb breakfast. Lovely staff, super comfy beds and the room was perfect. Luxurious and classy. I found the location a bit hectic and not too many shops and restaurants in the immediate vacinity. But the hotel itself is flawless.

It is rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring every guest has the best possible experience. When she learned from the reception team that I was not fully satisfied with my room, she immediately contacted me personally and arranged an alternative room. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference to our stay. The hotel’s app is also incredibly impressive and convenient. Everything you need is available in one place, from food menus and hotel information to direct communication with staff for requests and follow-ups. It made our stay seamless and very comfortable. I would also like to thank Praew, who was always warm, friendly, and eager to help. She greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The hotel itself is outstanding. The breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of delicious options, and the food quality is excellent. Every member of staff we encountered was exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its fantastic location. From the third floor, there is direct access to the BTS Skytrain, making it incredibly easy to reach most of Bangkok’s major attractions, shopping centers, and dining areas. What impressed me most was the consistent level of service throughout the hotel. Every detail seemed carefully considered, creating a truly comfortable and memorable experience. Thank you to Great, Praew, and the entire team for making our stay so special. We will definitely return on our next visit to Bangkok.

The breakfast was beyond exceptional, with a very wide variety of options and conveniently available until 11:00. The infinity pool at 14th floor was spacious and not crowded, and we were pleasently invited to use it free of charge even on the day of our check-out, upon staff's suggestion. Towels and toiletries were also provided at the showers, which was extremly helpful given our very late flight. In addition, we were kindly granted a one-hour late check-out free of charge. We will definitely return on our next visit in Bangkok. Many thanks to the very friendly and helpful staff!

The room was just as described. I definitely got my money's worth. Happy hour was super awesome The staff were super helpful and amazing. Getting the executive upgrade was pretty much the best decision. I will surely come back again. Nothing much too say here.

pretty good location, so convenient. I’ll give the 10/10 points for the location. And food is good, love the dessert, swimming pool also good, if next time I’ll come to Bangkok, I’m pretty sure I’ll come to this hotel again.
