The Pool area and upgraded rooms. The staff were very supportive. They upgraded our rooms because the rooms we originally booked had a nasty smell. The upgraded room was fine.

The workers are very welcoming and respectful There was some unpleasant smell in some of our rooms and the restaurant closes too early. I think they should consider a 24hr running of the restaurant.

The room smell a bit damp, the ac is quite old and loud, it needs sometime to be adjusted to the right temperature

The location was great and the staff were really friendly. The beds were also really comfy, the room were large, and the air con was great - kept the room cool but not freezing. The pool was out of action which I only found out about when I checked in. Also, the showers were lukewarm and had low pressure and so I never really felt clean. Furthermore, the room was not that clean. For example, it looked the floor hadn’t been swept for some time.

It was clean and staff was nice Air conditioner did not work very well. Thermostat was set at 21 deg, and it felt like 30 degrees all night. Air worked a little bit, but not very well.

All rooms and toilet were big and spacious (We got upgraded to a suite). Staff was extremely friendly and helped us with everything we needed from booking Grab taxis to bringing our luggage up to our room. The room could have been a little bit more clean, the furniture e.g. the sofa looked a little dated.

Great space & amenities! Exclusive location! Professional, problem-solving staff! Room service wouldn't work in our suite; however, the breakfast buffet & many restaurants in the surrounding area more than made up for it.

I go to Bangkok during Songkran and always prefer partaking in the festivities in Silom. This hotel was perfectly located just minutes away from all the action, but far enough that you don't have to worry about getting drenched with water when you go out. Bonus is that it's 5 minutes away from Chong Nonsi BTS station, which was very convenient. The room I got was large and spacious and had a firm but comfortable bed. I got the quiet room I requested. The facilities were great, it's got a nice swimming pool and even a sauna. The staff were exceptional, as what many would expect from amazing Thai hospitality. The gym was small, had limited machines, and was a little dated.
