The room was just a little bit to small

Yeah, I'm satisfied. Good t v refrigerator ice maker downstairs and laundry area. The smoking area was quite nice, and it was very close to the mall. The laundry area while helpful did not always have good stock of detergent and softener.

It looks more like a hospital than a hotel

Well, the property sits in a very convenient location. You have a medium size Mall next to it with eateries. The road to and from the hotel at some times is heavy traffic but manageable. Takes a bit of time. Close to the airport if needed. In general the property is clean, but smells a bit strong from some cleaning fluids used (I believe Dettol smell). It was quiet enough (we were on the 6th floor facing the road but that was no issue at all. Free coffee in the morning downstairs. And a convenient restaurant attached with quite good selection and generous portions. The parking can be a bit limited at times. But the Mall provides more parking. The problem is, that in the parking house it says no overnight parking. Then I was told that the outside parking was okay, but there as well, it says the same thing when I looked. Perhaps further back it might be different but I am not sure at all. So that can be a bit tricky. The rooms could be supplied not only with the big shower towel but some small ones would be nice to have. Also my wife missed a shower cap which is mostly available at many hotels these days. Just a few minor things. I dropped something and was looking for it under the bed. The height is only about 5 cm and therefore cleaning underneath is difficult and that showed!

We could not park our car at the hotel as the parking space was full and we had to park at the parking space at the shopping mall, 2 minutes walk away. It's a small inconvenience but as we did not know if this was save it felt risky.

Great location and value for the money overall. Shares a parking lot with a mole and has plenty of other things to do nearby. The water and ice being free in the lobby was a nice touch. There was only one feasible outlet in the room to plug-in. One staff member seemed to not be aware of how to pay for things and provided confusing instructions.

Refrigerator in the room, cold air conditioner.Good wifi and wifi t v. Very nice bathroom. The smoking area is a nice courtyard within the hotel. Unfortunately, a pickpocket robbed me of three hundred dollars american money... but that's not really the hotel's fault.

Nice bed, internet TV cold air conditioning. Ice machine and laundry machines on the premises. Smoking area was a nice outdoor garden. Restaurant in the lobby. Next door to Robinson mall and the outdoor market. Pick pockets robbed me of three hundred american dollars

New and clean

Fridge, ac, view, internet tv comfy beds. Great shower and bathroom. Have to leave room key card in slot by door or else power is off. Get 2 cards... leave one in while absent from room to keep ac going.

Location Nothing

The location is excellent. Just a very short walk to food and shopping. It is just a short ride to and from the airport. The rooms are clean and the price is very good. It is nothing fancy but a great place to relax and sleep. The staff was also excellent. Nothing. Everything was good. An excellent place to stay especially on a budget.

Public area for reading and study My room is so smell with cigarettes ? Try to open the air but didn’t help. I try to sleep but my nose get allergy with the smell. Not sure happen only this room or other room as well?

Location near by Airport, convince store and food around there. WiFi is good and fast. Parking lot too small. Bathroom a little small.

Location, proximity to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Also Robinson lifestyle mall next door for all your needs. Only a 5 minute walk to outdoor food mall plus international supermarket Villa, LOVE IT! The price has gone up $10 a night more than 1 month ago.

GREAT VALUE, very new clean building, very helpful staff everything was great. At 93 years I FOUND it PERFECT. The place, the staff very enjoyable
