Location Room is not as clean as it should be for the price. Carpets are dirty, mold build ups, no towels upon check in .

My overall impression of the reception staff, without exception, is that they need to improve their customer reception and hospitality skills. They do not appear welcoming, and even a simple smile which is one of the basic elements of good customer service is often missing. I hope they will work on improving this approach to provide a more professional and welcoming experience for visitors.

Hotel is old, everything is defective even the AC leak at night could not sleep.

Location really. Next would be price. Old, dated facilities. Room carpet did not "look clean."

Location was very central to Pratunam shopping area. It was okay. Nothing exceptional. Seemed a little aged. Breakfast was very basic and by 9 am most items seemed to have finished.

The location is unbeatable. Only a short stroll from everything, however BEWARE that there are serious roadworks directly outside the hotel and they run about 1km down the road, so the traffic is disastrous. Breakfast offered a wide and varied choice, mostly suited to the Asian traveller, not so much Westerners. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room #2601 was old and outdated. It needs a full renovation. Door handles loose, doors not closing easily etc. The air conditioner is very loud and noisy and you can hardly hear yourself think when it's turned on. The air con in one of the bedrooms didn't even cool the room despite us turning it up high (the thermostat must be broken) so we had one cool bedroom and one very hot bedroom during our stay.

The breakfast was excellent and had so many options! The workout area was nice and had a lot of equipment. Our room was slightly outdated and needed some repairs such as fresh calking/tile grout cleaning.

It's ancient, old fashioned room , it needs some heavily update especially the furniture !

Love the location, it is so convenient, Platinum Mall, December Fashion Mall, Pratunam day and night market, Tofu Skin Care, Big C , Central World all within walking distance. Lots of restaurants , cafés and street food and massage facilities around the hotel. Hotel staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast was a huge, delicious spread. I was allocated with a junior suite on the 25th floor, the room seems renovated not long ago, spacious for 2 persons. Our room is without carpet. It is all wooden floor, look news to us. No bad smell. Bed is clean and aircon function perfectly. The bathroom was big with a shower on one side and a bathtub on the other side. We love the room assigned to us. Usually i go Bangkok for shopping, so hotel location is very important to me. I have heard about some rooms with smelly carpet nad old sofa which I cannot comment much on that. Our stay / our room at 25th floor/ renovated room is awesome. Would love to go back to this hotel.

Nothing, really old hotel, old rooms, it is same a bad guest house. I got an old reeking room with a bad smell and then another room same as the first one. Customer service is the lowest level i met ever - i got out of the hotel without goodbye without a refund and nothing. They dont care about customer or customer service.
