Staff were polite. Quick accommodations when AC wasn't working in the original room. Convenient and close to foods and shops. Messy and unkept front entry. It was used for storage. No AC in the building/corridor. When we got to our room, it was scorching hot. Room was dirty; including curtains. Like it hasn't seen a washing machine in 10 years. The 'alley' was so small that majority of taxis would not dear go in to pickup/drop off

location was excellent for shopping only. the hotel bathrooms should be maintained properly. the showers does not work. we have booked 4 rooms. none of rooms hot waiter available. both showers (head showers does not work properly.

Nothing, very bad hotel Room was dirty even after room service, food was not good, limited options Staff do not understand english properly Amenities at the hotel are too poor The wash basin was leaking The switch were different from norm, still had to pay for a multiplug. Little bit outdated rooms but good in general. Free water, good wifi. Amazing location right in the Heart of Pratunam. Airport rail link 5 min walk away and super easy to reach the airport. Also the last station Phaya Thai connects to Bts train. Outside bustling streets with local food and merchants. Can’t be busy but you experience the beat of the city. Would come back there just for that. Central World and all the malls are really all walking distance away. Really amazing location. And the Baiyoke Sky hotel is few minutes away too so easy to navigate in the distance where you need to go to find your hotel. Felt safe too, just need to be careful of the traffic because motorcycles, taxis and tuk tuks are passing from all the sides around you.
