The staff in the lobby was kind. The staff upstairs at the buffet was perfect. The room was poky and tired. Coffee machine broken. Just a little depressing for this price. Great staff! But... I changed hotels.

The staff are incredible warm, proactive, and truly made us feel at home. They even remembered my drink order at brunch! The beds are comfortable, the TV works great, and the massage is top tier with excellent privacy. However, at $108 USD/night, it’s overpriced. The room was way too cramped, especially traveling with my parents. Facilities like the kettle and coffee machine felt outdated, and the shower water was unstable (fluctuating temperature/pressure) despite multiple repair attempts. Also, the rooftop pool is tiny, better for 'floating breakfast' photos than actual swimming. Great service, but the hardware simply doesn’t justify the premium price.

The location near the major shopping in Bangkok was good as I was ending my trip and wanted to do some shopping. The room was comfortable and was a good size. Water was provided daily and complimentary juice for the first day. The spa attached to the hotel was convenient for my last morning as I wanted to end my trip with a massage and it was nice not to go out into the city to find a place. While the location near shopping was nice I wouldn't want to stay there for my whole stay as it's a very busy area. I stayed near the Grand Palace when I started my trip and it was much quieter. The breakfast was not included and with the limited options I feel like it should be. The pool is quite small and limited seating. While the spa was convenient it was pretty expensive.

The breakfast is alright. Nothing to brag about. Taking a shower, the water pressure and the temperature was always fluctuating.

Amazing view from the pool. Breakfast available until 2pm, which is very useful when one arrives with a jetlag from Europe.

This is a budget hotel that advertises itself as more than it is. The “discount” that makes you think you are getting a deal, is not really a discount - that is the actual price, and even then I would consider it high, since for a just a bit more you can get a 5 star hotel with better amenities connected directly to sky walk in the same neighborhood. The pool is tiny, decoration old and worn. We had “family junior suite”, which is not only not a “suite” at all, but is basically your regular double that had a third bed squeezed in, so that outlets were behind beds and inaccessible, with no space for side table. We barely managed to fit into the room. Shower was impossible to work (one moment water is boiling, next moment cold). Closet doors squeaky. AC very loud. Overall, I have felt rather misled.

Location is great, staff is very friendly and food was awesome. The gym is fair and clean. The pool is on the rooftop with a nice open view.
