Installations need more maintenance, paint, plumbing Bed not comfortable, old mattress, ventilation in the room not that good eather

It’s very close to all shopping mall, MBK, Central world and also like 5-10 mins walk to MRT. There have 7/11 near by also. Room have bathtub ?. Housekeepers clean every day.

The staff here are very supportive, helpful, and all are very, very nice. The location is good, as it is near a tourist area and a train station. The breakfast is nice too. I stayed here for 3 days, and overall I feel comfortable =) The location is good, but there is construction nearby; the traffic here is very bad. My car booking got canceled so many times because the driver couldn't come. But I think after the construction is completed, everything will be fine.

The water from the shower is flooding the floor in room 312. The side of the bath tub gathers the water and flows to the floor.

We were there 3 years ago that's why we chose the hotel. The location is good. The staff were pleasant especially the security personnel and reception. This time the room where we had, we had roo much noise. Cleaning trollies early morning. Next door guest very noisy until early morning. And the cleanliness has gone down a bit.

Breakfast was great and the staff are very friendly. The way the shower head position, splashes water outside the tub which causes water to flow on the floor. There was a towel but by the time I showered after my friend, the towel is all soaked up. Not comfortable.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and we were genuinely impressed by the overall experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent location. The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance to several popular shopping destinations, such as Big C, Platinum Fashion Mall, Pratunam Market, and Central World. This made it incredibly easy for us to explore the area, shop to our hearts’ content, and return to the hotel whenever we needed a break. There’s also a 7-Eleven just around the corner, which was very handy for quick snacks, drinks, or any essentials we needed during our stay. Right in front of the hotel, there's a laundry shop, which made things even more convenient—especially for longer stays like ours. Another big plus was the Thai massage parlor located very close to the hotel. My husband and I made it a point to enjoy a Thai massage after our daily activities, and it really helped us unwind and relax after a full day of walking and shopping. It was one of our favorite parts of the trip! Each morning, we looked forward to the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options to suit different tastes. Personally, I really appreciated the selection of vegetables, which were delicious and well-seasoned. It was a great way to start our day. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They were always smiling and welcoming, whether they were greeting us, assisting with inquiries, or serving during breakfast. Their hospitality added a personal touch to our stay. We also appreciated that they allowed us to store our luggage at the lobby for a few hours after check-out, free of charge. This gave us more time to explore the area without having to worry about our bags. Lastly, we were very happy with the daily housekeeping service. Our room was cleaned every day, and we received fresh towels and bottled water, which we found very thoughtful and consistent. The bathroom could have been cleaned thoroughly. There were dirts and molds between the tiles. I believe it can be removed if cleaned or scrub thorougly. Cleanliness comes first above all, whether the building is new or old, or big or small.

the hotel and front desk staff where very great happy and friendly it was only the area around the hotel yes i have already been back and planning to use it again next year. an extension to the rail line when complete will improve the area
