I was genuinely disappointed with my stay for several reasons. First, the bathroom layout is very impractical. The shower is completely separate from the bathtub, which is quite unusual and inconvenient. The bathtub itself is also extremely small—I estimate it to be no more than 1.2 meters long, making it uncomfortable for most adults. Second, the rooms have virtually no sound insulation. You can clearly hear people talking and walking in the hallway, which makes it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. The biggest issue, however, was the fire alarm incident. The alarm was activated early in the morning without any prior warning or explanation, causing unnecessary panic and stress for us. Unfortunately, the hotel's response did not match the seriousness of the situation. Their apology consisted only of a plate with one orange and one apple, which felt inadequate given the distress and disruption we experienced. Overall, I expected a much better experience. While the hotel has some positive aspects, these issues had a significant impact on the quality of our stay and should be addressed as a priority.

Very friendly staff who were very attentive to our needs. The location is a treat because it's right beside Terminal 21 and opposite Sphere Mall, so shopping is very convenient. It's a bit difficult to get the right temperature for the shower. A slight adjustment changes the water temperature drastically. Also, the soap bottle was a little stuck, so was struggling to get soap out during the shower.

الفندق ممتاز من ناحيه النظافه ولانه فندق جديد الغرف متوسطه الحجم متوفر فيها الثلاجه والدولاب (مفتوح) كوايه بخاريه وطاوله وهادئه نحنا اخذنا عدد 2 ستاندر روم لمده 4 ليالي فيها الحمام مفصول بين المرحاض والاستحمام تعاملهم جدا راقي والفطور جدا لذيذ خمس نجوم نطامه من 6 ونص الى 2 الطهر (تختار من المنيو) ويناسب الجميع جنب الفندق مطاعم ومولات و7/11 وصالونات الفندق غالي جداً بالنسبه للغرف يعني تقريبا 500 ريال عماني لمده 4 ليالي بينما الفنادق الثانيه اقل بكثير بس لانه جديد والتقييم ممتاز اخذناه وما حبينا نغيره المرحاض فيه شطاف اتوماتيك هو لا بس ولكن اللي عنده اطفال توهم يتعلموا صعبه شوي الوقت من الفتدق للاماكن السياحيه والمولات المشهوره عندنا كخليجين كثير وقت يعني ما اقل عن 40 ووصل مره الى ساعه ونص بسبب الامطار وزحمه بانكوك ويبعد ساعه الى المطار بشكل عام الفندق ممتاز ويمكن التغاضي عن هذه الاشياء مقابل انك تحصل فندق نظيف وخدمات ممتازه في بانكوك

I liked that everything was new and modern. I mainly was disappointed overall. The room was not only expensive, it was very small. Tiny bathroom. It was very cramped and after three nights could not wait to move to another hotel. The room had a thermostat that was not working properly, I would set the bedtime temperature to 24 degrees and every morning it would be 18 degrees. I finally just turned it on and off when it got too cold. With only three nights there I didn;t feel like changing rooms.I found a larger room, even nicer, down the street for almost half the nightly rate.

The hotel is beautifully designed–loved the decor and the theme of the hotel. The hotel staff were kind and the breakfast options were great! The room itself was comfortable and well stocked. We loved our stay. We noticed a bit of an unpleasant scent in the lobby in the afternoons, but unsure what it was or if its always a thing–nothing to be worried about as we were only walking through

Even more beautiful in reality than in the photos… A refined, quiet haven in the heart of everything, elegant, convenient, and flawless from start to finish. The lovely staff, the rooftop pool, the bed quality, the size of the room, the peaceful lobby. I will definitely stay there for my next trip in BKK. Nothing. Everything was perfect.
