Super kind staff, they cleaned our room everyday (change towels, new water etc). Location was perfect, near a 7-11 and a BTS sky train station (2 stations away from Icon Siam and a few stations to Siam and Silom. Stay was very comfortable, CR was great, wifi was ok. However, more pillows could have been provided per room. Overall very satisfied with my stay :) n/a

The location is great, quite centrally located but down a smaller, quieter side street which makes the hotel more relaxed. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful and the room is well looked after and serviced by housekeeping. It's also very reasonably priced for the room facilities and the location. Overall the hotel feels a bit cold, like an office - which makes it feel less comfortable. Some small changes, like soft furnishings, decorative choices, could bring some personality to the space to make it more welcoming. The hallways are also quite echoey, because they are very sparse, so anyone making any noise talking or moving around travels through the hotel. The curtains also don't close properly next to the wall, there's a considerable gap between the wall and the curtain, so light streams into the room at dawn.

The location very convenient to walk to the BTS station. Our room was on the third floor and although nothing but a close building to see looking out the window it was very quiet and the air-conditioning worked well. It was very clean. Would have appreciated two pillows each on the bed. And also a full length mirror in the room, not just the bathroom mirror.

Great value on a hotel that's close to the BTS with extremely friendly and polite staff. I was impressed with what they offered for this price in Silom. The doors leading to the hallway isn't the most soundproof and you can hear a bit of noise if someone is being loud. Overall, it wasn't much of a problem for us.

all was fine ,staff very helpful, room clean..etc. Above all though, the location is unbeatable ! sky train and all riverboats directly within reach.In the chaos of Bangkok ,an imperative factor.hm hmmm in house coffee snack bar? although there is so much stuff just on the same street it`s not vital.

Excellent location near Saint Louis BTS, showers had hot water and strong pressure, and 2 bottles of water were provided daily. The bathroom comes with a convenient clothesline for hanging/drying clothes. Shower gel and shampoo were provided in small bottles, replenished daily. Keycard access to rooms. Room A/C is controlled by a panel on the wall near the entrance, rather than a remote, which made it tedious to adjust, especially if you were near the bed. The emergency flashlight did not work due to the battery being old/rusty. Reported to the front desk, but they proceeded to remove the batteries altogether instead.

The value for money is the best. The room is spacious and very clean. They clean it every day. They offer 2 bottles of water each day, which is a great detail. The location is the best, there are good restaurants nearby, there is even a food cart 50 meters away, where they sell grilled chicken legs every day. The room was not on the main street, so it was quiet. BTS station is 2 minutes walking distance. So getting to the center, or anywhere, is easy. But bolt or Grab is very cheap and convenient too. There are plenty of gyms nearby, I recommend WellFit Bangkok. Smaller, but great bar for pullups and muscle-ups. the windows don't open at all, so no fresh air in the morning.

The location was really good, very close to the skytrain. The staff was very friendly, especially the guy at the door, who always opened the door for us every time & also helped with the luggage. The room service was also very nice & gave us everyday new bottles of water & coffee. Everything was great.
