Thanks so much for the luggage team at the front door. The hotel renovation looks beautiful and the property itself has improved a lot. However, the customer service, especially at the restaurant, did not match the quality of the renovation. Some staff were not very friendly, the tone of voice felt a bit harsh, and there were not many smiles or warm greetings. I have stayed here or known this hotel for many years, and unfortunately the service attitude has not really changed in the last 10 years. With better hospitality and warmer service, this hotel could be much

The breakfast buffet (provided with the room) is fantastic--a wonderful variety of foods and freshly prepared. The hotel/convention center is elegant and feels first class all the way. We have stayed here many times and never been disappointed. The location is just a bit far from downtown Bangkok but it's kind of nice to get out of the craziness of downtown. If you walk over the highway overpass you are in a regular town area with lots of "locals" places to eat, markets, 7/11's, etc. The location is just a bit far from downtown Bangkok but not bad--actually kind of nice to get out of the craziness of downtown.

Food is great, bkfst buffet fantastic. Service was wonderful, concierge and staff were so friendly and helpful. This is such a nice place, it feels like we're staying in the Ritz Carlton and yet the cost is incredibly low. We'll stay here every time. It might take just a few more minutes to get to downtown Bangkok but not a biggy for us considering the comfort and value. Just minutes to the Don Muang airport. Nothing.

Very nice room, gym, lobby etc, good value. Helpful reception staff, close to don mueang airport. The hotel is far off with not much around, many taxis refused to take me there from mbk. Breakfast was about 400baht on site with not much alternatives. I went for a massage at 8pm, they close at 10. The masseuse was clearly not happy to have me, don't know why, double tapping me to turn around, not a single smile and some exasperation was perceptible. Was she bothered because of my last minute late appointment? I don't know. It's too bad bc other employees really give their best such as the responsible of gym.

The breakfast was great. The lobby obviously recently renovated. Gym well equipped. Location is good for a night or two, we stayed on our way to Malaysia to catch an early morning flight. Our room was atrocious. The only one available for our last minute booking was a suite. Incredibly expensive for a tired, worn out space. I think it's the last floor of the hotel that hasn't been renovated yet. Wallpaper peeling, walls crumbling, mouldy bathroom, three different sets of living room furniture jammed into a small space. It was like something out of a horror novel. It certainly was not worth what we paid.
