Too much ant in the room

Location is great if looking to stay near the airport (we had a morning flight out and wanted to be able to catch the red line train to the airport quickly).

Everything was as described.

Easy access to the airport via the rail link. Also, I was able to use the rail link to go to Central Bangkok. The yellow line monorail is also very nearby and useful. I had very little interaction with the hotel staff, but they when I did, they were always kind and helpful. The gym wasn’t really available due to some maintenance work.

It’s close to the Airport Link station Hua Mak. Easy to get to and from Suvarnabhumi airport. The biggest appeal point is the swimming pool and the gym. Also there’s a big supermarket, massage salon and few restaurants nearby. Rooms looked a bit old, but still good overall.

Clean room.and tidy room. Only a 10 minute walk from the train station, along a sweet river. Small convenience shop near the train station for most food essentials. The bed was on the firmer side but was comfortable..we.found most mattresses in thailand to be firmer side. We are used to a.soft mattress at home.

Comfy / have gym and pool / Near both Sky-Train Station (MRT-ARL) / Near Plaza (That has a lot of eateries) / Hotel give 2 bottles of Drinking Water and Quiet Place to Sleep. Can't think any of it.

Yellow train is very lengthy. I prefer to take the airport train even to city center since it is faster and cheaper

Nothing special no sign cabbie drove all over looking for the place. No sign on the road it sits right behind a larger hotel 1am we're driving all over looking for the place

I recently stayed at a hotel near Hua Mak MRT station in Bangkok with my wife and 4-year-old daughter. While the hotel itself was satisfactory, I was disappointed with the service. Upon check-in, we realized they had only provided two pillows instead of the three we needed. Despite requesting an extra pillow, we were told it would be available the next day. This affected our sleep quality. To add to our dissatisfaction, on another occasion, we returned to our room to find a bag with two bottles of water hanging on the door lock. However, upon entering the room, we were met with an unclean environment and a lack of basic amenities such as tissues and shower gel. Overall, our experience at this hotel was marred by inconsistent service and a lack of attention to detail when it came to room cleanliness and amenities. While the hotel's location was convenient, these service shortcomings significantly impacted our stay and comfort. I appreciated the hotel's location in a vibrant Muslim community area, which added a unique cultural dimension to our stay. This provided us with a chance to explore and experience the local culture in Bangkok.

Overall, my stay booked through Booking.com went well. The room was good, clean and comfortable. No bad smells, noise or anything. I would recommend it! ? The receptionist didn't speak English and had trouble confirming my reservation (didn't recognize photos from Booking.com to confirm that this is the hotel I'm looking for), but we managed with Google Translate. Payment in cash was required due to a non-functional terminal.
