The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. This was my first trip to Bangkok, but when I return I will stay at this same hotel. It is close to everything, and, as I've said, the staff is especially helpful.

This hotel is a complete scam. They advertise as 100% smoke-free, but in reality, they allow guests to smoke indoors, and the cigarette smoke spreads through the central air system. My wife, who was experiencing morning sickness, felt so sick from the smoke that we had no choice but to leave at midnight and book another hotel—we didn’t even spend the night! When we complained, the staff lied to our faces, saying they would handle it—but instead, they let the smoking continue, claiming that they allow smoking in the rooms. The next morning, they promised to confirm with Booking.com so we could get a refund, but of course, that was just another lie. Instead, they told Booking.com that "no one was smoking" and that we "refused their solution"—both completely false. To make it even worse, this place is filled with fake positive reviews to deceive future guests. The truth is, the management is dishonest, manipulative, and has zero integrity. If anything goes wrong, expect them to lie, gaslight you, and do everything possible to avoid taking responsibility. We paid for a room and didn’t even stay the night—that should tell you everything. Avoid this place at all costs.

Was my first stay at this hotel, as my normal hotel I stay at was fully booked The property is in a good location, only a couple of minutes walk from bars , shops , restaurants and the nightlife Staff I did encounter seemed friendly No problem with the Wi/fi Room was cleaned every day , and hotel was clean Room was a bit on the small side , but ok for a solo traveler
